{"title":"ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS PADANG TUJUH KM 8 PASAMAN BARAT","authors":"Putra Andesa, Surya Eka Priana, Yorizal Putra","doi":"10.33559/err.v2i1.1431","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33559/err.v2i1.1431","url":null,"abstract":"Jalan Padang Tujuh Km 8 Kabupaten Pasaman Barat memiliki angka kecelakaan tinggi, yang merupakan daerah yang cukup potensial terhadap pergerakan arus lalu lintas karena merupakan jalan penghubung antara Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Dengan Kabupaten Pasaman timur, di sepanjang jalan juga terdapat perkantoran, sekolah, pasar, pertokoan, dan pemukiman penduduk. Analisis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Data primer dilakukan survei lapangan seperti pengamatan kerusakan pada jalan, pengamatan kelengkapan rambu-rambu lalu lintas. Data sekunder yang diperlukan adalah data kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas pada tahun 2017 sampai 2021. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggolongkan kecelakaan berdasarkan faktor-faktor penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas. Faktor utama terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas di Padang Tujuh Km 8 kabupaten Pasaman Barat adalah faktor manusia sebesar 50%, jumlah kecelakaan terbesar terjadi pada pukul 06:00 sampai 18:00 sebanyak 55% yang merupakan jam sibuk dan pelaku kecelakaan di dominasi oleh laki-laki sebanyak 81%. The first step is to search for primary data in order to find out the cause of the accident. Secondary data was obtained from the Agam District Police data, namely the data on the number of accidents in 2017-2021. From the results of the analysis of the factors causing the accident, the Human Factor is in the highest category with a percentage of 55.55% and the highest accident rate will occur in 2021, which is as many as 7 accident cases. And the results of the correlation showed that the causes of accidents were human factors very highly correlated (r) 0.942, vehicle factors were strongly correlated (r) 0.843, road factors had a low but definite correlation (r) 0361, environmental factors were strongly correlated (r) -0.906. Suggestions from this study are handling and human awareness as drivers to increase awareness and obey in traffic. This aims to determine Service Level Analysis. Terminal According to Public Perception (Case Study of Bukit Sarungan Padang Panjang Terminal). The method used is a Likert scale. By distributing questionnaires as many as 92 respondents. This research was conducted by means of a survey through the distribution of respondents' questionnaires. After testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, then proceed with data analysis of the research results. From the results of data analysis, the value of the Bukit Sarong Padang Panjang terminal service according to the community with a value of 19% with Very Good Criteria, 47% with Good Criteria, 28% with Poor Criteria. Good and 6% with Bad Criteria. The results of the analysis of 20 respondents obtained the smallest reliability value of 0.621 and the largest reliability of 0.89. This value. Meningkatnya kebutuhan akan ruang parkir yang tidak selaras dengan ketersediaan ruang parkir akan menimbulkan masalah lalu lintas seperti kemacetan arus lalu lintas, kecelakaan lalu lintas, dan penurunan kualitas pelayanan jalan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perencanaan ruang parkir yang baik di area perkotaan dengan tingkat pengunjung yang tinggi seperti dijalan Niaga, Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan ruang parkir, jumlah kendaraan yang parkir dan pemanfaatan ruang parkir dijalan Niaga .Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, yang survei secara visual.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan nilai akumulasi parkir mobil dijalan Niaga terbesar yaitu sebanyak 363 kendaraan, untuk persentase penggunaan ruang parkir kendaraan roda empat dijalan Niaga pada hari Senin dan Selasa melebihi 100%, sedangkan untuk kendaraan roda dua akumulasi parkir terbesar yaitu sebanyak 116 kendaraan, untuk persentase penggunaan ruang parkir kendaraan roda dua dijalan Niaga pada hari Senin dan Selasa tidak melebihi 100% dikarenakan kendaraan roda dua di alih parkirkan ke jalan Imam Bonjol. Dapat disimpulkan apabila indeks parkirnya lebih dari 100% maka ruang parkir yang tersedia kurang efisien menampung kendaraan yang parkir.Sebaiknya untuk mendapatkan kapasitas parkir yang dibutuhkan untuk kendaraan mobil dengan cara merubah parkiran sepeda motor dijadikan tempat parkir mobil agar dapat memenuhi kapasitas ruang parkir untuk mobil. Besides there are many activity centers, side barriers on Jalan Pattimura are quite high. This study aims to determine the availability of parking spaces, the number of vehicles parked and the utilization of parking spaces on Jalan Pattimura. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative and qualitative data, which were surveyed visually. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of parking space for four-wheeled vehicles on Jalan Pattimura on Saturdays and Sundays exceeds 100%. For two-wheeled vehicles on Jalan Pattimura there is no parking space available on the road, on peak days many two-wheeled vehicles use four-wheeled vehicle parking lots. It can be concluded that if the parking index is more than 100%, the available parking space is less efficient in accommodating parked vehicles. The lack of optimization of parking spaces on Jalan Pattimura is also influenced by the lack of implementation of existing parking policies, so that there are still many people who park their vehicles carelessly when parking capacity is still available. In order for the use of parking spaces to be more effective, drivers should be able to park their vehicles in the parking spaces provided. This condition is very concerning for farmers because irrigation buildings are not functionally good enough to meet the water needs of plants and buildings that are already inadequate if the river water rises during the rainy season it will overflow and cannot be accommodated by the irrigation canal, it is necessary to make a good irrigation system in the rainy season. Tanjung Durian irrigation area which is in the preparation village opposite the West Pasaman Regency. The area of the irrigation watershed is 375 ha and the canal under review is the primary canal with a length of 612 m. The researcher conducted a primary channel review by collecting primary data. for data processing, researchers use the Harspers method and the Gumbel method, the calculation of hydraulic analysis is to use the calculation of rainfall data for the last 10 years. From the results of the study, it was found that the calculation of the dimensions of the existing channel in the field did not meet the requirements because the Qmax value of 12.84 m3/s was greater than the field Q value of 5.607 m3/s from the existing plan in the field, so that the water overflowed when there was a flood in the channel. The results of the research plan obtained that the planned Q value of 17.808 m3/s is greater than the Qmax value of 12.84 m3/s. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the current and future needs for clean water by projecting the number of residents, the number of direct connections (SL), the amount of water loss and analyzing the water discharge used by PERUMDA Tirta Jam Gadang and projecting an estimate of water availability up to 2026 with using linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis, the total clean water needs of PERUMDA Tirta Jam Gadang until 2026 are 153.67 lt/s or an increase of 2.49% from the 2021 data which amounted to 141.59 lt/s in line with the increasing urban population growth. Bukittinggi with the number of direct connections (SL) in 2026 of 18,701 SL or an increase of 4.88% from the data in 2021 which amounted to 14,776 SL, the used water discharge of PERUMDA Tirta Jam Gadang until 2026 amounted to 240.60 lt/s or an increase of 1.85% from the used discharge data in 2021 which amounted to 233.97 lt/s, the estimated water loss until 2026 amounted to 86.23 lt/s or an increase of 2.62% from the 2021 data which is only 72.52 lt/s. With the total availability of water in 2026 which amounted to 154.37 lt/s, from the water balance it can be concluded that the availability of clean water is a surplus of 0.70 lt/s or the availability of water is still sufficient for clean water needs until 2026. Hasil yang didapat sangat membantu dalam program penyususan program rehabilitasi dan penanganan jalan. Untuk mempermudah mengetahui kondisi kerusakan perkerasan jalan bisa menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode PCI (pavement condition index) untuk menentukan nilai kondisi jalan dan metode Bina Marga untuk mendapatkan nilai urutan prioritasnya sehingga dapat disimpulakan apa jenis pemeliharaan jalannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan survei visual,pengukuran kerusakan permukaan perkerasan dan survei LHR ( Lalu lintas Harian Rata-rata) selama 3 hari pada ruas jalan tersebut. Setelah didapatkan data-data dari lapangan ,maka selanjutnya dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode PCI (pavement condition index) . berdasarakan hasil dari metode PCI diperoleh nilai tingkat kerusakan sebesar 69.45 dengan nilai kondisi jalan baik (good).
