It is proposed to create an electronic thematic map of a land plot containing information on the number of participants in the right of common ownership of a land plot, the size of the shares of owners, unallocated land shares, land plots already allocated on account of shares and registered or in the process of setting and registering ights under analogies with the public cadastral map and the Internet map «GIS of St. Petersburg» in the field of land shares. These circumstances were identified, classified and systematized, after which the trends of their changes that occurred during the period under consideration were determined. It is shown that in the process of use and recreation, new species of plants are introduced in the territory, including those capable of natural distribution in these natural and climatic conditions.
