Practical aspects of using information on transactions with real estate objects in evaluation of the cadastral value of land plots

Abstract

In this article, the authors analyzed the applying information about transactions with real estate for the state cadastral evaluation in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The problems associated with using of this information by budgetary institutions in the process of calculating the cadastral value of land plots are investigated and summarized here as well.
