Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan penulis untuk menentukan informan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik menguji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik trianggulasi dengan sumber data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis yaitu dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan observasi dan hasil wawancara penulis dengan informan maka diperoleh data bahwa kendala yang dihadapi dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PKn di SMA Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. (1) Kurang motivasi, masih banyak guru yang kurang terpacu dan termotivasi untuk memberdayakan diri, mengembangkan profesionalitas diri dan memuthakirkan pengetahuan mereka. (2) Keterbatasan sarana, keterbatasan finansial merupakan kendala utama bagi upaya pengembangan pendidikan. Terutama adalah berkaitan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, baik fisik maupun non-fisik. (3) Banyak tekanan, terlalu ketat dan kakunya berbagai birokrasi yang mengikat para guru, sehingga tidak mampu mengembangkan kreativitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar mahasiswa PGSD pada mata kuliah Pengantar Pendidikan di Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Muhammadiya Muara Bungo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa semester I (satu) Tahun Akademik 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 24 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, data hasil observasi, rubrik penilaian aktivitas. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian aktivitas belajar dapat meningkat dibuktikan oleh siklus I sampai III kategori cukup aktif dan siklus IV kategori aktif). Pendekatan saintifik juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa dibuktikan oleh hasil belajar dari siklus I sampai IV semakin meningkat, mulai 3,46; 3,73; 3,74; dan 3,86). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 75 orang dan sampel 75 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total Sampling, motivasi belajar siswa, kreativitas belajar, tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan pendapatan orang tua diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika menggunakan metode Course Review Horay (CRH) di kelas IV SD N 65/II Sungai Bangsat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Course Review Horay (CRH) dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD N 65/II Sungai Bangsat. Rincian hasil observasi guru pada siklus I dengan rata-rata aktivitas guru sebesar 96,99, pada siklus II rata-rata aktivitas guru sama yaitu 96,99 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil observasi siswa siklus I data analisis aktivitas siswa sebesar 62,94% dengan kriteria baik, meningkat menjadi 86,35% pada siklus II dengan kriteria sangat baik. pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 83,63 meningkat menjadi 96,36 pada siklus II. Sedangkan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 86,36%, meningkat menjadi 95,45% pada siklus II. This is due to the limited resources and time in learning and the media used in the learning process still has deficiencies especially for the installation of the operating system. Based on the phenomenon, the purpose of this research is to develop a web-based e-learning media that is valid, practical, effective. Research phase includes define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results showed that web-based e-learning media is valid based on the assessment of each aspect by the validator. Web-based e-learning media is considered very practical based on teacher and student responses. In addition, web-based e-learning media is effective with an average value of 85% in classical and t arithmetic with a value of 2.223 is greater than t table with a value of 2.093. This shows that, web-based e-learning media otherwise effective use as a medium of learning in improving student learning outcomes. A four-D Research and Development (R & D) study had been applied to develop and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Interactive Media inteaching basic computers and networks. The steps consisted of define; design; develop; and disseminate. The testing for content validity of the Interactive Media was found valid. Based on the teachers and the students response on the practicality, it was found that this media was found highly practical. Based on the learning outcomes the effectiveness of the media was found effective. Research results show that implementation of work practices in the industry of SMK N 3 Payakumbuh Computer Network Engineering program as a whole include: (1) evaluation of Goal Indicators of program design: prakerin acquire standard score 81.5% good. Then for the Preparatory Program indicators Prakerin earn standard scores 80.25%. (2) evaluation of Installation: indicator of the readiness of Teachers Supervising earn standard scores 85.33% good. then the instructor Readiness for DU/received 73% of the score is pretty standard. Next on the supporting facilities and infrastructure indicators obtained standard score 82% good. Next on the indicators of Source Funds obtain standard scores 83.33% good. Next on the relevance of the indicator Program with the needs of the Students acquire standard score 80,53% good. This research conducted in SMK 1 Rao Selatan. The population in this research was the grade X students of computer engineering and network major in SMK 1 Rao Selatan. The technique sampling in this research was a total sampling or also called as a population research. In determining the experiment class and control class, the researcher used rolls of paper. Grade X of TKJ 2 elected as experiment class and grade X TKJ 1 elected as control class. The result of this research were average the students learning outcomes in experiment class was about 80,90 while in control class was about 74,84. From analysis test showed normal and homogeny data. The test result on the level significance a0,05 (the level of confidence 95%) obtained score thitung=3,498 and ttabel=2,000 so obtained Thitung>Ttabel (3,498>2,000). Therefore, Ho rejected and Ha accepted in this research.
