Teori yang diguanakan pada kajian adalah Teori Fenomenologi oleh Alfred Schutz. Schutz mengungkapkan tugas fenomenologi yaitu menghubungkan antara pengetahuan ilmiah dengan pengalaman sehari-hari, pengalaman dan pengetahuan, dengan kata lain mendasarkan kepada pemahaman, pemaknaan dan pengalaman. Kajian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif, serta menggunakan data primer dengan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan analisis data. Kajian yang diteliti mengenai perilaku wartawan, yang dibentuk dari pemaknaan, pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam melakukkan tugasnya sebagai wartawan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme wartawan bukan hanya memiliki keahlian dalam bidang kejurnalistikkan tetapi harus memiliki jiwa kewartawanan dan berkerja menggunakan hati. \u0000Kata kunci; profesonalisme, wartawan, televisi, fenomenologi \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 The study has the objective to dig deeper into journalists who work professionally in accordance with the rules. The theory used in the study is the Phenomenology Theory by Alfred Schutz. Schutz reveals the task of phenomenology, which is to connect scientific knowledge with everyday experience, experience and knowledge, in other words based on understanding, meaning and experience. The study used is a qualitative approach, and uses primary data through observation, in-depth interviews and data analysis. The study examined the behavior of journalists, which was formed from the meaning, understanding and experience in carrying out their duties as journalists. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasi partisipan. Hasil yang didapat dari kedua sekolah adalah SMK Negeri 2 Garut yang media sekolahnya dikelola oleh KJS (Klub Jurnalistik Siswa) memiliki susunan redaksi yang sudah menyerupai media profesional, sedangkan SMA Negeri 1 Garut karena belum memiliki organisasi khusus yang mengatur kejurnalistikkan jadi kurang memperhatikan kegiatan jurnalistiknya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kedua sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan jurnalistik yang sudah menyerupai media professional. Baik SMA Negeri 1 Garut dan SMK Negeri 2 Garut menjalankan proses jurnalistik yang sesuai seperti media besar. dilihat secara keseluruhan SMK Negeri 2 Garut lebih baik dalam menjalankan proses sebuah media massa karena didukung dengan adanya organisasi khusus yang mengatur sebuah media sekolah. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000This study aims to find out how the process of journalistic activities in both schools is based on the editorial concept of mass media. In this study, the authors used descriptive analysis qualitative research methods with participant observation approach. The results obtained from the two schools are Vocational High School 2 Garut whose school media is managed by KJS (Kelompok Jurnalistik Siswa) which has an editorial structure that resembles professional media, while Senior High School Garut 1 because it does not yet have a special organization that regulates the journalistic lack of attention to journalistic activities. Pertanyaan penelitian ini mengacu pada dimensi objektivitas Westertahl yaitu prinsip faktualitas dan imparsialitas. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif untuk mendeskriptifkan secara sistematis objektivitas dari media mengenai suatu kegiatan yang memiliki pengaruh besar untuk masyarakat dengan teknik analisis isi yang mempu melihat kecenderungan isi media. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dari pemberitaan Aksi Bela Islam 212 pada media online Detik.com aspek faktualitas pemberitaan pada keenam berita telah memenuhi kriteria yaitu pada kriteria kebenaran telah meliputi kategori 5W+1H, kriteria informatif menunjukan bahwa berita yang dianalisis telah memenuhi kriteria infromatif, dan pada kriteria relevansi menunjukan bahwa berita yang dianalisis telah memperhatikan kriteria relevansi dengan menitikberatkan kesinambungan judul dan isi berita. Dari segi imparsialitas dua dari keenam berita media online Detik.com terdapat kriteria yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria pengukuran dan yaitu keseimbangan (cover both side) dan kriteria netralitas berita yang dianalisis menunjukan tiga dari enam berita tidak memenuhi kriteria netralitas karena mengandung opini dari wartawan. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000This study aims to find out how the principle of factuality and impartiality or impartiality of Westertahl's model, on the online media Detik.com in the reporting of Action Bela Islam 212 over a period of two months since the Action 212 was carried out, namely November - December 2016 as many as six news. This research question refers to Westertahl's dimensions of objectivity, namely the principle of factuality and impartiality. The method used is descriptive method to systematically describe the objectivity of the media regarding an activity that has a large influence on society. As for the results of the research conducted from the news of Action Bela Islam 212 on Detik.com online media, the factuality aspect of reporting on the six news had met the criteria, namely the truth criteria included 5W + 1H categories, informative criteria showed that the news analyzed had met the information criteria, and the relevance criteria indicate that the news analyzed has considered the relevance criteria by emphasizing the sustainability of the title and content of the news. Maka awal dari kegiatan foto jurnalistik bagi jurnalistik foto adalah memiliki skil atau keterampilan khusus sehingga pesan yang disampaikan dari suatu hasil visual foto jurnalistik jelas dan segera dapat dipahami seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Berdasarkan argumen diatas maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan kajian mengenai profesionalisme wartawan foto yang ada di media cetak Pikiran Rakyat dengan perspektif mahasiswa komunitas Photo’s Speak. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa komunitas Photo’s Speak jurusan jurnalististik angkatan 2014, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah pandangan mahasiswa terhadap profesionalisme wartawan foto. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling, data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi, analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pandangan mahasiswa komunitas Photo’s Speak terhadap profesionalisme wartawan foto media cetak Pikiran Rakyat dalam mengambil dan menghasilkan gambar sudah sangat profesional, terbukti 10 informan menyatakan bahwa hasil dan teknik yang digunakan oleh wartawan foto PR sudah memenuhi teknik EDFAT (Entire, Detail, Frame, Angle, Time) yang artinya sudah memenuhi kaidah dan standar profesional. \u0000Journalistic photos are photos that have news or photos that are of interest to certain readers, and the information is conveyed to the public as short as possible. So the beginning of journalistic photo activities for photojournalism is to have special skills or skills so that the message conveyed from a photojournalistic visual result is clear and immediately understood by all levels of society. Based on the above argument, the researcher is interested in conducting a study on the professionalism of photojournalists in the Pikiran Rakyat print media with the perspective of the students of the Photo’s Speak community. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis, the subject of this study was the students of the Photo’s Speak community in journalism in the 2014 class, while the object of this study was the students' view of the professionalism of photojournalists. Informants were selected by purposive sampling, data obtained from interviews, documentation and observation, data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang memaparkan suatu situasi atau peristiwa berdasarkan data dari hasil wawancara. Metode ini digunakan agar mengetahui persepsi atau pandangan mahasiswa pada keterampilan komunikasi lisan presenter Najwa Shihab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan mahasiswa terhadap keterampilan komunikasi Najwa Shihab menimbulkan persepsi yang positif. Keterampilan komunikasi Najwa Shihab saat membawakan sebuah acara dan menyampaikan informasi mampu membentuk pemahaman mahasiswa akan isi pesan yang disampaikan. Keterampilan komunikasi yang dimiliki Najwa Shihab sesuai dengan konsep dari Asrori yang meliputi keterampilan dalam menggunakan kata-kata/bahasa/gaya bahasa yang menarik dan sopan, dan mampu menjadi pendengar yang baik bagi narasumber maupun audiens dalam sebuah acara talkshow. \u0000Kata Kunci ; Persepsi; Keterampilan Komunikasi; \u0000This research aims to find out the perceptions of views of UIN Bandung Journalistic students on the presenter’s oral communication skills, Najwa Shihab. This study uses a qualitative approach, the research method of this study is a descriptive method that describes a situation or event based on data from interviews. This method is used to determine the perceptions or views of students on the presenter's oral communication skills, Najwa Shihab. The results of the study show that students' views on the presenter's communication skills Najwa Shihab rise up the positive perceptions. Najwa Shihab's communication skills when delivering an event and delivering information were able to create students' understanding of the contents of the message delivered.
