An urgent problem in the use of steam cycle treatment (CSS), steam gravity treatment (SAGD) and in situ combustion is significant heat loss with increasing well depth, which imposes restrictions on the use of these enhanced oil recovery methods. The large depth of occurrence of productive formations with high viscosity of fluids causes this problem of delivering the coolant to the productive formation with a given steam temperature, since the main indicator of the effectiveness of the use of thermal methods is the temperature of the coolant, in connection with which the solution of the issue of reducing heat losses in the process of delivering the coolant through the tubing string to a productive reservoir is an important technical problem, the solution of which with minimal costs of material resources will increase the interest of mining companies in the application of these methods, namely the SAGD technology. The paper carried out a comparative analysis and recommended a technology that improves the efficiency of the SAGD method for the fields of Kazakhstan. Currently, there are two main technologies for thermal insulation of the tubing string using the SAGD method, in high-viscosity oil fields - vacuum insulated tubing (Vacuum Insulated Tubing-VIT); - heat-insulated tubing. This article proposes a new method based on the conversion of electricity into heat by placing a borehole thermoelectric module in the tubing string. The proposed downhole thermoelectric module system makes it possible to maintain the coolant temperature along the entire length of the wellbore, which makes it possible to apply the SAGD method to depths of 1500 meters or more. The design of the downhole thermoelectric module system is simple, technologically advanced, reliable in operation and easily replicable. The downhole thermoelectric module system, placed in the tubing string, provides the possibility of increasing the depth of wells using the SAGD method and is characterized by a significantly lower cost compared to vacuum insulated tubing (VIT) and heatinsulated tubing systems. Modern heat cables of the SAMREG 40-2CR type, manufactured in South Korea, provide power up to 40 W / m, which is quite enough to maintain the desired temperature of the coolant. The cable is characterized as a self-regulating, heating, heating, shielded cable (braided), operates from a mains voltage of 220-240 V, with a frequency of 50 Hz.","PeriodicalId":272594,"journal":{"name":"Neft i gaz","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117064416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Analysis shows that the main number of workover happens for the share of injection wells, and the number of detected violations in injection wells which is more than an order of magnitude exceeds the corresponding figures for the production casing. Samples of cement stone, selected from the injection and production wells showed that in injection wells, the cement stone collapses in 4-5 years.The mechanism and kinetic process of destruction of cement stone under the influence of leaching was considered and the ways of increasing the durability of linings in injection wells were shown. Leaching corrosion processes in injection wells strengthens during the formation of cracks in the cement stone as a result of technological operation inside the casing string. The most dangerous technological operations are; perforation and deepening of the well. In order to obtain high-quality well anchoring, it is inevitable to regulate the basic properties of cement mortars with the help of various chemical reagents. At the same time, the filtration characteristics (water output and water separation), setting time, pumpability, rheological parameters, as well as the properties of the resulting stone require correction most often in grouting solutions It is shown that for plugging materials, the most preferred way to increase the resistance of grouting stone to dynamic loads is dispersed reinforcement, which can be effectively regulated by the most important characteristics of cement slurries and cement stone can be obtained from them. Studies have been conducted on the influence of basalt fiber and polyamide fiber on the basic physical and mechanical properties of the resulting stone, such as the strength of cement stone, deformation of cement stone during destruction, the specific impact strength of Portland cement stone, as well as the permeability of cement stone. Studies have shown positive results of the addition of basalt fiber at concentrations up to 2%.","PeriodicalId":272594,"journal":{"name":"Neft i gaz","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131411913","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To evaluate the potential factors of “plant life extension” of hydrocarbon reservoirs, the Munaily field in above-salt deposits of the southeastern part of the PreCaspian Depression has been designated as a pilot option. Pursuant thereto, the sequence of the major stages in the study and development, as well as the specific features of this field are provided. The forecast made by the authors for the longevity of field production is based on the factor of natural replenishment of reserves, which can be achieved through the establishment of certain restrictive measures and observance of the optimum operation mode appropriate for the conditions of each particular field. This refers to the setting of optimal oil withdrawals, the average daily flow rate of the well, etc. Determination of this pattern and its use in practical terms has favorable historical prerequisites, which is confirmed by the example of numerous objects under development in Russia and Kazakhstan. When substantiating this forecast, the main features of the geological structure of the Munaily field have also been taken into account, among which considerable importance in evaluating the mode of occurrence and productivity of above-salt deposits in the Pre-Caspian Depression is given to the presence and impact of underlying complexes of sediments. This concerns the salt-bearing section of the Kungurian age, the subsalt Paleozoic strata, and the influence of fault tectonics, which contributes to the development in the field section of certain oil and gas feed channels due to disturbances of various order, zones of decompaction, and fracture porosity of the rock formations. Following the results of the analysis, the necessity of compliance with the rehabilitation cycle of 10-15 years has been substantiated, which allows restoring the internal indicators of the energy state and the volume of hydrocarbons in line with the existing model of the reservoir (trap) of the field to the level at which the continuation of further cost-effective development is possible.","PeriodicalId":272594,"journal":{"name":"Neft i gaz","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126379904","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Four areas of research have been identified to solve this problem: the crown must be multilayer, the profile of the diamond-bearing layers must represent annular conical protrusions and cavities; diamond layers should be separated by diamond-free layers of lower hardness and experience uniform specific pressure during operation; the design of the bit should take into account the peculiarities of the rock destruction mechanism under the action of diamond grains; the manufacturing technology of the crown matrix must be perfect. Only defect-free diamonds obtained by sorting with special methods are involved in the creation of the matrix; Adding CrB2 or VN nanopowders to the composition of the charge makes it possible to improve the quality of the matrix structure, all tribiological and operational properties, and due to the preliminary metallization of high-strength synthetic diamonds, a transition zone “diamond-coating-matrix material” is created, which will significantly increase the wear resistance of diamond rock cutting tools. The mentioned problems have been partially solved: a multilayer impregnated bit with a ridged profile of diamond-bearing layers and a uniform specific pressure on the latter during drilling has been created and put into production, laboratory studies have been carried out to improve the quality of composite materials with positive results, further research is being carried out in all other areas.","PeriodicalId":272594,"journal":{"name":"Neft i gaz","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114918789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the results of the analysis of the destruction of PDC cutters to increase the duration of the cutters, it was revealed that most of the cutting edge of the PDC bits limits the contact of the cutter with the rock and more than half of the circumference of the cutting edge of the cutter remains unused in the process of bottomhole destruction. Two approaches to solving the problem are proposed: - the use of cone-shaped cutters in the central part of the bit or a crown-shaped design of the bit, which allows, by crushing the central part of the bit with a cone-shaped cutter, to solve the problem of “hanging” of the central part of the rock; - use of rotating PDC cutters or uniform rectangular cutters, which provide optimal location in areas of the greatest wear of the cutting structure of the bit. Here, the entire length of the cutting edge is used to cut the rock. Based on the results of the research, a PDC bit with an annular rock destruction pilot was developed (RK patent for the invention No. 34527), which solves the problem of bit “hanging” in the central part of the bottom hole, which significantly reduces the productivity of the rock. Implementation of the mentioned PDC bit improvements, i.e. improvements in the configuration of PDC cutters or their rotation during drilling, as well as developments that allow the bit to hang during drilling, will significantly increase the productivity of drilling with these rock cutting tools and the durability of their cutting tools.","PeriodicalId":272594,"journal":{"name":"Neft i gaz","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129024619","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ways of hydrocarbon migration, which were carried out in the direction of the southern steeper part of the Arystanov stage, are described. All the studies carried out over the previous years have shown that the composition of dispersed organic matter (kerogen) contained in Jurassic and Triassic sediments has a predominantly mixed, mixtinite composition. The factor causing long-range migration may be faults, including a high-amplitude fault in the junction zone of the Kosbulak trough with the Akkulkovsko-Bazaysky ledge and the Aral-Kyzylkum fault, to which the deepest parts of the Kosbulaksky and Barsakelmessky bends are confined, and rock fractures in various porous and permeable reservoir rocks can also serve. The presence of significant reserves of dry methane gas deposits in the Paleogene of the Akkulkovsko-Bazaysky ledge and the established manifestations of gas in the northern half of the Kyzyloysky shaft in Upper Cretaceous sediments are associated with their vertical and lateral migration within these ledges, including vertical along the faults. The unconformity surface at the foot of the Lower Jurassic sediments provides the development of organic life, plant growth, and clay residues deposited above these unconformities become good source rocks. According to all geochemical indicators, the Middle Jurassic rocks are oil-producing that are located in a favorable middle zone of mesocatagenesis. The main volumes of oil reserves discovered on the territory of Northern Ustyurt were found in the sediments of the Middle Jurassic. The results of geochemical studies in the future will allow basin modeling to be carried out with greater accuracy.","PeriodicalId":272594,"journal":{"name":"Neft i gaz","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116246537","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bishydroxyethyl terephthalamide is a product of the aminolysis of polyethylene terephthalate, including in the form of production waste or recycling of polyethylene terephthalate. Using 1 H-, 31P spectroscopy the structure and composition of new reagents were proved. The inhibitory activity of phosphoric acid esters of bishydroxyethyl terephthalamide was studied on model water-salt solutions. It has been established that inhibitors have complex actions in relation to carbonate and sulfate deposits. An effective amount to inhibit sulfate scale is 2-10 ppm, carbonate scale 10-30 ppm. The degree of inhibition reaches 100%. In this case, the basic objectives are the refinement of the regional structure of the Caspian region by taking into account the main geological events during the formation and development, a more precise stratification of the section, specifically, the possible higher detailing of the Devonian and Cenozoic part. To this end, the main “tools” are considered to be the analysis of the paleogeographic environment, and peculiarities of sediment accumulation, which substantiate the formation of centers of maximum filling with fragmentary material, and anomalous objects (large carbon-bearing platforms and atollshaped massifs, mega-elevations, areas with non-conventional conditions for the oil-and-gas-formation processes). According to the preliminary results, their formation was preceded by the development of accumulative sedimentary forms of diverse genesis and paleobathymetric zoning of the sedimentation basin. The structural plan of the region and local anomalies are evaluated with due regard for such non-conventional features for the exploration geology as the structure of the daylight surface terrain, and the pattern of manifestation of anomalies of potential physical fields. Finally, a more detailed cartographic base allows refining some previously substantiated regional regularities in the manifestations of various types of minerals (hydrocarbons, solid commercial minerals, groundwater, ore, and valuable components), unique processes associated with the genesis of anomalous geological features, from the perspective of exploring, forecasting and detection of new oil and gas accumulations. In order to operate wells, directions for calculating the size of reserves have been found. The scientific and technical trends of their (wells) development are considered. A comprehensive analysis of complex surveys was carried out at well No32 of the Chinarevskoye oil and gas condensate field, located in the southern section of the region. Hydrodynamic studies were carried out by interpreting the pressure recovery curve (PRC) to determine reservoir pressure, reservoir properties and the state of the bottomhole zone. These studies confirmed the low porosity properties of the reservoir: permeability - 0.004 mkm2 , conductivity - 0.056 mkm2 *m, hydraulic conductivity - 0.055 mkm2 *m/MPa*s. The skin factor varied in the range from - 0.92 to 18.4, which indicates a deterioration in the state of the bottomhole formation zone. Reservoir pressure dynamics (reduced to WOC) according to hydrodynamic studies showed that in the deposit, as the reservoir is withdrawn, there is a decrease in reservoir pressure. As of October 2019, according to the pressure build-up data, the formation pressure in well 32 (at the VNK level) is 38 MPa. Well 32 during the analyzed period (5 months) worked in three modes (from July to September 2019 with a washer with a diameter of 6 mm, from the end of September with a washer with a diameter of 8 mm, in October - 10 mm). At the same time, with an increase in the washer diameter to 8 and 10 mm, the downhole working pressure sharply decreased from 25 to 11 MPa and the static bottomhole pressure from 37.5 to 29.7 MPa.
