In this model, the upper-level sub-problem aims to simulate the market clearing process of electricity and reserve auxiliary services, where market clearing price and market clearing electricity are the decision variables, while the lower-level sub-problem is formulated to minimize the costs of purchasing under time-of-use pricing given by the simulation of market clearing. The model is converted into a deterministic model by chance-constrained programming, and the equilibrium solution is obtained by iterations between the upper and lower layers, where the CPLEX solvers are employed to address the upper and lower level sub-problems, respectively. Finally, the impact of different confidence level on the decision carried out by retailers is clarified through the analysis of the numerical simulation of the bi-level optimization model. It is verified that the model can effectively reflect the impact of the decision-making behavior of retailers on the market clearing process.","PeriodicalId":272114,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"4192 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127571250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, the potential data trust problems in the process of DR market clearing and load reduction calculation are analyzed, including data leakage and data abuse. Then, a DR transaction framework based on blockchain is proposed with secret sharing based secure multi-party computation adopted. For user different quotation modes, additive secret sharing algorithm is introduced for DR market clearing, and polynomial interpolation-based secret sharing algorithm is adopted for the trusted calculation of user load reduction. However, current operation strategy for BESS cannot fully considered the time-varying demand of energy arbitrage and the randomness of frequency regulation. Thus, this paper proposes a dynamic operation strategy (DOS) by considering the randomness of frequency regulation, and the results of the DOS consist of two core parameters as arbitrage power and droop coefficient. At last, the promising results shown that the BESS DOS can adjust the dispatch priority of BESS resource according to demand of the energy arbitrage, and enable BESS continuously track the frequency deviation signals.","PeriodicalId":272114,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129088113","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The passive grid generation method has been unable to keep up with the influence that operation, maintenance and management of distribution network brought by the volatility and uncertainty of the \"source and load\". New grid generation methods are urgently needed to adapt to the rapid development of active distribution networks. In this paper, a grid generation strategy for active distribution networks considering distributed generation and electric vehicles is proposed. Firstly, the uncertainty is modeled, and the uncertainty probability model of distributed generation and electric vehicle is built; Then, with the goal of maximizing the consumption rate of distributed generation and minimizing the line loss, the bacterial foraging algorithm is used to improve the particle swarm search formula to achieve network reconstruction and optimization, and the mesh can be re- divided; Finally, the IEEE94 node system including distributed power generation and electric vehicle is used for simulation. The corresponding application of the demand side response has played a positive role in the stability and economy of the power system. First of all, a cost model related to the system net load and energy storage is proposed, which is based on the policy support and the recent technology of distributed photovoltaic in China. Secondly, an optimal operation model for photovoltaic user group with shared energy storage considering automatic demand response is proposed based on game theory and it is proved to have a unique Nash equilibrium strategy.
