However, current operation strategy for BESS cannot fully considered the time-varying demand of energy arbitrage and the randomness of frequency regulation. Thus, this paper proposes a dynamic operation strategy (DOS) by considering the randomness of frequency regulation, and the results of the DOS consist of two core parameters as arbitrage power and droop coefficient. Abstract
