The problem of reactive power compensation is considered, the places of installation of compensating devices and their corresponding capacities are determined. It is known that significant power losses in networks are caused by the presence of higher current harmonics. This work is devoted to the study of their influence on electrical installations when connecting non-linear loads. The purpose of the study is to ensure the compliance of the power quality indicators with the standards, as well as to limit the maximum permissible current of the capacitor banks. An equivalent design scheme was developed to determine the magnitude of harmonics, frequency characteristics were calculated and a filter-compensating device (FCD) was selected. Based on the results obtained, the influence of resonant phenomena on capacitor installations is analyzed, measures to reduce the level of higher harmonics are considered, the place of installation of the filter-compensating device and its corresponding power are determined. The receiver differential calibration estimates the error of one receiver relative to another. For absolute receiver calibration uses simulator. Calibrating the receiver with a simulator gives the receiver instrumental pseudorange measurement error. Thus, the receiver pseudorange measurement error contains the simulator pseudorange generation error. The simulator pseudorange generation error of the navigation signal is due to the circuitry of the radio-frequency output and the shaper discreteness. The lower the resolution of the digital-to-analog converter of the shaper, the more it affects the random component of the pseudorange generation error. By means of preliminary studies using the modeling method, it was determined that object whose model consists of a series-connected delay link and an integrator is problematic. This paper examines the possibility of using the Pade formula for calculating controllers for objects that are a series connection of an integrator and a delay link. The paper offers the results of research by modeling in the VisSim software. The method of numerical optimization in numerical simulation showed that in this case such an approximation does not effectively solve the problem. Improving the approximation accuracy by increasing the order of the approximating relation does not solve the problem. This paper analyzes the reasons for this discrepancy and proposes an original approximation formula free of these shortcomings. It is shown that the application of the proposed approximation formula makes it possible to effectively and with high accuracy solve the synthesis problem. However, heat-transfer coefficients depend on a large number of factors. Factors which are of great importance for the heat exchanger condenser: change of heat-transfer coefficients on initial sites of heat exchange canals and existence of condensation and evaporation processes in coolants. These factors essentially affect on thermal parameters of a heat transfer process. In this paper the two dimensional numerical model of the compact heat exchanger with two-phase coolants in cold and hot paths is described. The model also considers change of heat-transfer coefficients on initial sites of heat exchange canals. The results of the numerical research of a heat transfer in the aircraft condenser are presented in this work. The research purpose is to develop a methodology for determining the induction current effect on power transmission line loss. In theory, three-phase three-wire AC power transmission line produces the magnetic field that affects the symmetry of the voltage. To find the flux linkage with research object, a calculation was performed using the Poisson equation for vector magnetic potential. The symmetrical components method is used to calculate power losses in the asymmetric mode, considering losses in the ground. To verify the study results, physical and computer modeling of a real object was performed. For results confirmation, it was decided to find out a mutual inductance coefficient. The oscilloscope obtained by a small-scale physical model has a convergence with ratio error equal 1.4 %. The results of modeling are compared in discussion. The necessity for regulation, stabilization, improvement of the quality of AC voltage is relevant for all AC networks and especially for rural networks under uneven distribution of consumers. This paper presents an analysis of the structural diagram, a description of the principles of operation and a mathematical calculation of the electrical processes of the AC voltage regulator, as well as simulation modeling in MatLab / Simulink The proposed AC voltage converter is a transformerless one. By adjusting the output voltage level, it is possible to achieve stabilization of the load voltage when the supply network deviates from the standards of GOST, as well as to compensate for reactive power and improve electromagnetic compatibility. The range of electronic devices used in spacecraft on-board equipment must have the following set of specific conditions: (1) a large set of tasks performed by rocket and space technology leads to the necessity of using a wide variety of electronic devices standard types with an extremely small quantitative requirement; (2) the wide electronic devices functional range requires the use of various technologies in production, many of which are unique and absent in the Russian Federation; (3) stringent requirements for the active existence period in the absence of repair opportunities lead to super-stringent requirements for reliability and resistance to outer space destabilizing factors. Due to the fact that the Russian Federation does not produce specialized electronic devices for rocket and space technology, the problems of completing on-board equipment are solved by using foreign-made electronic devices and domestically made electronic devices processed by specialized test technical centers with the total incoming control, additional screening tests, diagnostic non-destructive testing and selective destructive physical analysis. The problem is that the issues of using matrix simulators for multiantenna systems are poorly understood. It is necessary to use such configurations that would provide adequate simulation simultaneously for all reception channels of the multi-antenna radar. This work presents a development of the results obtained for two-antenna systems. Obtained ratios allow calculating the coordinates of the emitters of a two-dimensional matrix to simulate targets both in azimuth and in elevation. It is shown that the matrix emitters lie in the same plane at the rectangle corners. The resulting array provides a target simulation at the same position for all receiving antennas. As an example, a matrix of four emitters was synthesized. The matrix has been tested using numerical modeling. One of the important components of safety is to reduce damage from man-made and natural disasters. In this area, the most important direction is the continuous monitoring of rock vibrations under the influence of tidal forces. These technologies, with minor changes, can be used to monitor the state of complex technological structures, such as dams, bridges, large buildings. It is known that continuous recording of micro deformations of rocks under the action of gravitational forces from the Sun and the Moon due to a change in their location in relation to the Earth's surface allows one to obtain additional information about the possible future earthquakes. The corresponding meters are based on two helium-neon (He-Ne) lasers. They contain a rather complicated and insufficiently reliable system for automatic phase and frequency tuning of the slave laser to the master. Insufficient accuracy of such phase feedback control generates errors in measurement. This paper proposes to abandon such variants of the devices based on the use of two lasers. The structure based on the only laser has been proposed. This requires metrological justification, as well as the development of appropriate optical schemes, design development and change of the electronic part. Nevertheless, such a modification seems appropriate. Consortiums like AUTOSAR have defined development methodologies, software architectures and interfaces. A common mapping scheme that covers the simplification of the development process is still a challenge because of the various standards and criteria that need to be considered before on-road deployment of individual applications. Also, as the software complexity is increasing day-by-day hardware resources and computation power still remains limited, thereby further increases the mapping complexity. The ever increasing demand of computational and communication resources by automotive applications such as image processing, deep learning etc. is only making this problem worse. SWC being the core functional elements can be focused upon for such a scheme and for which a methodology has been already presented in [1].
