Abstract
Software development models in the automotive industry have already been formalised and standardised. Consortiums like AUTOSAR have defined development methodologies, software architectures and interfaces. A common mapping scheme that covers the simplification of the development process is still a challenge because of the various standards and criteria that need to be considered before on-road deployment of individual applications. Also, as the software complexity is increasing day-by-day hardware resources and computation power still remains limited, thereby further increases the mapping complexity. The ever increasing demand of computational and communication resources by automotive applications such as image processing, deep learning etc. is only making this problem worse. SWC being the core functional elements can be focused upon for such a scheme and for which a methodology has been already presented in [1]. This paper proposes scheduling and bunching algorithms of the SWCs within the overall concept of the proposed mapping methodology.
