Dengue fever is transmitted to humans through the bite of mosquito vectors from the Aedes genus, one of which is Aedes Aegypti or Aedes Albopictus. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever can appear at any time of the year and can attack all age groups. This disease is closely related to environmental conditions and community behavior, therefore preventive measures must be taken by every community. It is very important to prevent dengue fever in all levels of society to avoid dengue fever. The targets of community service activities are students of the Health Information Management Study Program. Interview results: Some MIK Study Program students still do not understand the precautions that must be taken to avoid contracting dengue fever and therefore are at risk of contracting dengue fever. Paying attention to the results of the survey that has been carried out, efforts that can be made to increase knowledge in preventing dengue fever are through health education efforts. The aim of Health Education is to increase students' knowledge about dengue prevention. The method used to achieve the goal is to carry out health education about dengue prevention. The results of health education activities show that there is a difference in the average knowledge scores before and after implementing health education. The World Health Organization states that the incidence of URI in developing countries with under-five mortality rates above 40 per 1000 live births is 15% -20% per year at the age of under five. In Indonesia, 14% of under-five deaths are caused by the common cold. The prevalence of children under five getting the common cold in Indonesia is estimated at 3 to 6 times per year. Mitra's description showed that there was a high number of children aged 1-4 years who experienced the common cold in the last 3 months at the Setabelan Community Health Center, totaling 135 children. The aim of the activity is to increase parents' understanding and attitudes in dealing with children who suffer from the common cold. The method used was a lecture and discussion method using leaflet media accompanied by a demonstration of sputum removal techniques and evaluating community knowledge and understanding with pre-tests and post-tests carried out by the Setabelan Village community. On this basis, the author carries out community service with the aim of providing insight to the Pratama Jannah Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency so that they know about the IVA Test for early detection of cervical cancer and the process of carrying out the IVA Test and can share the knowledge gained with other women in their environment. The methods used in this community service are lecture, question and answer methods and with the help of videos. The main target of diabetes management is to prevent complications and maintain a good quality of life. To achieve this target, sufferers need sufficient knowledge about DM management so that they are motivated and do it in the right way. Diet management plays an important role in stabilizing blood glucose. Mindful eating is a diet method that involves enjoying food without coercion so that sufferers can appreciate themselves more and the impact can improve the quality of life. This community service are carried out to increase the knowledge and ability of diabetes sufferers in carrying out diet management at home. The activities ini community services are providing education and skills training on how to carry out diet management using the mainstream eating method. Penyakit hipertensi ini menyebabkan dampak pada perubahan psikologis lansia seperti kecemasan yang dikarenakan penyakit fisik yang tidak kunjung sembuh. Salah satu penatalaksanaan kecemasan yaitu dengan terapi relaksasi benson. Terapi Relaksasi Benson merupakan teknik relaksasi dengan melibatkan unsur keyakinan dalam bentuk kata-kata keyakinan yang dianut oleh pasien. Pada masa lansia ini cenderung untuk lebih meningkatkan spiritualnya dan lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT. Sasaran program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu lansia sejumlah 35 orang di Desa Gogik Ungaran Barat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, tahap pertama adalah pengukuran tekanan darah dan kecemasan menggunakan alat ukur HARS (Hamilton anxiety rating scale), tahap kedua penyampaian materi berupa pemberian edukasi konsep hipertensi lansia, konsep kecemasan, dan mengajarkan terapi relaksasi benson. Setelah pengabdian ini, lansia diminta untuk mempraktikkan secara mandiri di rumah dengan cara melakukan terapi benson dua kali dalam sehari selama sepuluh hari. Tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan mengenai terapi relaksasi benson yang bertujuan untuk mengukur pengetahuan lansia mengenai terapi ini. Hasil skrining kecemasan didapatkan 25 dari 35 lansia (71,4%) mengalami kecemasan. Hasil pengabdian ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan lansia setelah diberikan relaksasi benson,yaitu dari rata-rata 6,00 meningkat menjadi 9,56. Lansia disarankan untuk dapat mengelola kecemasan dengan cara melakukan relaksasi benson. Selain dapat membuat tekanan darah menjadi normal, juga dapat meningkatkan kesehatan mental lansia. Natural resources in the surrounding environment are easy to find, especially Medicinal Plants. Medicinal Plants are widely found and consumed, one of which is ginger (Zingibers officinale rosc). Various groups, including children, can consume ginger. However, children's interest in consuming ginger or ginger ale is very low. The aim of this activity is to teach students how to make instant ginger powder so they can increase their interest in consuming ginger and other traditional medicinal plants. Activities were carried out using the service learning method for students at SDN 4 Jepang. Implementation of activities includes education, assistance, and training in making instant ginger powder. The implementation of activities is well done and smoothly. Students who participated in the activities were very enthusiastic and interested. MSCT has become a reliable imaging technique for assessing the extent of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Nasopharyngeal MSCT examination procedure with clinical nasopharyngeal carcinoma at the Radiodiagnostic Installation of Dr. RSUP. Hasan Sadikin Bandung uses a head protocol and slice thickness of 3-5 mm. This study aims to determine the Nasopharyngeal MSCT examination procedure for clinical nasopharyngeal carcinoma using a head protocol with manual intravenous contrast injection. Method: The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at the Radiodiagnostic Installation of RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung The subjects in this study consisted of three patients, two radiographers and three radiologists. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation.
