Software defect prediction focuses on classifying the modules of a system into fault prone and non-fault prone modules. This paper focuses on predicting the fault prone modules as well as identifying the types of defects that occur in the fault prone modules. Software defect prediction is combined with association rule mining to determine the associations that occur among the detected defects and the effort required for isolating and correcting these defects. Clustering rules are used to classify the defects into groups indicating their complexity: SIMPLE, MODERATE and COMPLEX. The test data was analyzed for mode of deformation, peak force and energy absorption characteristics. Hu","doi":"10.1109/ICCET.2010.5486219","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICCET.2010.5486219","url":null,"abstract":"The influence of the preformed angle in the lap zone of the adherend on the stress distribution in weld-bonded aluminum single lap joint was investigated using elastic-plastic finite element method (FEM). The results obtained show that the preformed angle plays a significant pole on the stress distributions either along the mid-bondline or near the interface of the adhesive/adherend in the joint so that the stress distribution of overlap zone was more even and the various stresses peak value reduced obviously, which may elevate the load bearing capacity of the joint. The peak stresses of nearly all the stress components as well as the equivalent stress at the end of the lap zone transferred gradually to the middle part of the lap zone and the nugget as the preformed angle increased so that the stress distribution in the middle part of overlap zone was improved. In this paper, we analyze the channel assignment and channel switching problems in WMN where the number of interfaces is smaller than the number of channels. Ripple effect caused by channel switching is presented. The method to restrict the distance of ripple effect and to balance the load among channels is given. Wavelet packet transform can pick up more comprehensive useful information of the traction motor in high frequency domain than wavelet transform, which is regarded as evidence to diagnose fault. Secondly, the fault information of wavelet packet-characteristic entropy is reduced by the rough set theory on the basis of classifying capability unchanged, then the information is diagnosed by improved BP neural network, which not only decreases the number of the network input number effectively, but also shortens the training time.
