First of all, four typical failures of rotor vibration are simulated based on rotor experiment, and vibration fault data under more points and multi-speed are collected. Secondly, the information entropy matrix is calculated through analyzing and processing the data. The focuses in this paper is evolutionary inference of Gaussian model, Differential Evolution for optimization and Markov chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) for sampling are applied in the probability learning of Gaussian model. The framework involves calculations of corresponding weight, mean and covariance. To obtain satisfied effect of MCMC sampling, the fitness function is discussed for MCMC ratio. A modified Newmark β method is developed for solving the nonlinear dynamic equations. Numerical results show obvious nonlinear behavior for air-bearing sliders with ultra-low flying heights. The length of the pressure centers at the trailing edge and the leading edge are chosen as the parameters to be optimized. Based on the traditional simplex method, a modified simplex method is presented. The dynamics are compared between the optimized slider and the original one both in time and frequency domain. The proposed algorithm intends to minimize the total number of sensor nodes with several constraints such as network connectivity and network reliability. This algorithm also aims to achieve the maximum transmission distance along the riverbank which will guarantee the river sensored information coverage, connectivity and reliability. The proposed algorithm will be adjustable to the geographical profiles of the river. Simulation results are obtained from four different river profiles. This paper presents ODBA (On_Demand Bandwidth Allocation) mechanism in WiMAX network. In order to solve the current issues faced in WiMAX network, and improve QoS demand, a new mechanism, ODBA is designed. Tt is an on demand bandwidth allocation mechanism for WiMAX. ODBA depends on the different characters of different service flow, to adopt different schedule algorithm. Further more, DL/UL direction of different service flow is scheduled by BS and SS respectively. The performance of ODBA mechanism and its behavior are evaluated, analyzed and compared with other algorithms and those without ODBA in WiMAX network. The performance has been simulated using OMNeT++ simulator in metrics of network throughput. The unbalance amount satisfies the gantry spindle balance requirements. The common way to obtain the sag value is to lookup the curves provided by the design departments, but the standard sag obtained by this way is prone to make a personal error. Aimed at above problems, this paper proposes a computing method of standard sag for overhead lines based on iterative technique. The method establishes a mathematical model by computing theory of the stress sag. The model makes use of high-speed iterative of computer to compute standard sag of any given span through state equation of stress and judgment principle of control climate conditions. The method possesses many advantages, such as, clear thinking, easy to understand and without considering complex logic judgment to solve critical span.
