And given this, the inhabitants of the city of Itacoatiara, metropolitan region of Manaus, in the state of Amazonas, experienced this pandemic situation in a unique way. Many felt frightened, confined for four long months to their own homes. And because of the risk of contamination by the virus that causes COVID-19, overnight, it was no longer allowed to go to schools, a fact that forced educational institutions to find an alternative to continue the school year. Its origin can be chemical usually derived from petroleum, being compounds that easily harm the environment making it difficult to remove it (BIONE, 2019; GAYATHIRI et al., 2022). As they can also be natural, through microorganisms such as bacteria, filamentous fungi and yeasts or are biodegradable and of low toxicity, not harming the environment or human health. (RULLI et al., 2019; CÂNDIDO et al., 2022). Therefore, the present study aims to seek the optimization of the production of biosurfactant becoming a more advantageous alternative because they use renewable substrates in their composition, and because their \"green\" properties do not harm the environment, besides being biodegradable, thus improving their cost-benefit, aiming at new opportunities for applications in the food, agricultural, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries (MARQUES et al., 2020; GAYATHIRI et al., 2022; MULLIGAN, 2023).The main responsible for the production of biosurfactants and bioemulsifiers are bacteria, followed by yeasts and finally filamentous fungi because they have a potential for the production of secondary metabolites and a high value of biomass, however, studies with filamentous fungi are little explored (SAŁEK & EUSTON, 2019; DERGUINE-MECHERI; KEBBOUCHE-GANA; DJENANE, 2021). According to Geethanjali et al., (2020) and Marques et al., (2020) the species Mucor circinelloides, of the phylum Mucoromycota, order Mucorales, presents a high biotechnological potential in the production of biomolecules of industrial interest, as well as biosurfactant. In this sense, the research proposed to study the performance of biosurfactant production through the filamentous fungus Mucor circinelloides UCP 0017 using alternative substrates (MARQUES et al., 2020; RADHA et al., 2020).","PeriodicalId":271365,"journal":{"name":"III SEVEN INTERNATIONAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONGRESS","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132079750","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the text is to demonstrate that human formation goes beyond the purely cognitive question, building a relationship between the practical situations of the experience with the conceptual ones. For this purpose, authors from the field of philosophy, sociology, theology and education, such as Maurice Merleau-Ponty, James K. A. Smith and Martin Heidegger, were chosen to theoretically support human formation through mind and body hybridity. The research was developed theoretically, analyzing the writings of the authors mentioned above and others, based on the investigation of the hybridity of mind and body in human formation in the family, school and society. In this way, broadening the understanding of education, relating mind and body hybridity, enables a holistic human education, which contemplates the complexity of life, and contributes to greater assertiveness in relation to the preparation of students to interpret the context of today's society. With the present study, it was verified that the human formation, from the mind and body hybridism, is a construction that occurs in all spaces and throughout life, however, in the phase of childhood, adolescence and youth, the bases that guide choices in adult life, having a breadth that relates mind and body.","PeriodicalId":271365,"journal":{"name":"III SEVEN INTERNATIONAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONGRESS","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121580706","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, HIV-seropositive women are silenced from their plans regarding motherhood, which is much desired in the female universe, in view of the care plan focused on antiretroviral therapies, the use of condoms and the fight against vertical transmission. Therefore, there is a lack of access to their reproductive rights and to a more subjective care linked to the social exclusion of these women. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the knowledge of HIV-seropositive women about their reproductive rights, in order to verify the preconceptional reality faced by them. This is a literature review study of the narrative type. This review was performed using the SciELO and PubMed databases as primary search sources, with articles published from 2002 to 2022, using the descriptors \"HIV and maternity\", \"reproductive rights and HIV\". For data analysis, themes related to the reproductive rights of HIV-seropositive women were identified. Thus, the results show that in the last 2 years there has been an increase in HIV infections in women of reproductive age, showing the need for action by health professionals focused on clarifying their reproductive rights. In addition, the advancement of prophylaxis measures, through the use of antiretroviral therapy during prenatal care, delivery and administration to the newborn, cesarean section and restriction of breastfeeding through breast milk, have increased the range of reproductive decisions of these women. However, the fear of prejudice, the possibility of exposure of the child, added to the neglect of the institutions resulting from the lack of reproductive planning during the routine follow-up of seropositive women, determine the withdrawal from maternity.","PeriodicalId":271365,"journal":{"name":"III SEVEN INTERNATIONAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONGRESS","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115321222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
