Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a unique moment of bewilderment. And given this, the inhabitants of the city of Itacoatiara, metropolitan region of Manaus, in the state of Amazonas, experienced this pandemic situation in a unique way. Many felt frightened, confined for four long months to their own homes. And because of the risk of contamination by the virus that causes COVID-19, overnight, it was no longer allowed to go to schools, a fact that forced educational institutions to find an alternative to continue the school year.
