The mechanisms of political manipulation are constantly working, improving, so that at the right time they can be activated at full capacity helping to achieve the desired outcome. Manipulation is not limited to electoral practices. It deter- mines the main methods of counteracting it and indicates the main directions of corruption counteraction in the politics of modern Ukraine, emphasizes the importance of introducing state financing of political parties and accentuates the necessity of implementation of proportional electoral system with open lists. The author emphasizes the expediency of cancellation (restriction) of political advertisement on television. Attention is paid to the role of state and independent public control over the transparency of political parties’ financial activities and over other spheres in which political corruption manifests itself. In particular, the paper focuses on the main among them, i.e. the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KSČM). The author reviewed the history and origin of far-left political parties in the Czech Republic, outlined the parameters of their ideological positioning and ideolog- ical peculiarities of the Czech left extremism. As a result, it was proved that the extreme left-wing political parties in the Czech Republic are unreformed one and are used to reflect the most classical principles of Marxism-Leninism, though they have become relevant within the whole history of the Czech Republic. To do this, the author has considered and systematized the methods and theories of definition and approaches to the study of migration and migration processes. In particular, such approaches to the definition and study of migration as economic, geographical, demographic, philosophical, sociological, psychological, systemic, institutional, as well as synthetic have been emphasized. At the same time, it has been stated that each of the approaches is also traditionally different in definition and methods of the migration study, and therefore they all have been necessarily delineated, analyzed, structured and systematized. It has been shown how theoretical and methodological approaches are correlated with the empirical practice of migration in European countries. Euro-integration facilitated modernization of social, cultural and economic spheres. Global financial-economic crisis revealed all problems in the state’s economy and the government had to start gradual reduction of a large number of social benefits for population. Current government wishing to regain the trust of population is trying to change the situation for the better, what is indicative of political stability. Owing to the EU assistance the country recovered the GDP, index of economic activity. The origin of the conflicts is explained by conflicts among different groups pursuing various interests. Cultural and religious identity, the idea of being socially recognized, freedom from discrimination, freedom of religion often have a further negative impact on conflicting relationships. The absence of dialogue between actors of the conflicts brings about the ongoing increase of different acts of violence. The Great Britain, Spain and France are the examples of the multicultural countries with multi-faceted origin of ethnic conflicts. Searching for the roots of the ethnic conflicts reference should be made to interethnic relationships with their beginning in distant historical epochs.
