Vegetable and fruit commodities are widely cultivated with a hydroponic system because it is easy، practical, and fast. The research location of the this study is the Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) Hikmah Farm. The research was conducted in June-July 2021. We have used different data analysis methods in this research, namely cost analysis, revenue analysis, profit analysis, and R/C ratio analysis. The results showed that the production of melons was 211 items; cherry tomatoes as much as 238 kg; and 180 kg of strawberries with 132 planting holes. From these production results, the R/C ratio of melon farming was 2.8; cherry tomatoes 2.0; and strawberries 1,2. This shows that the farming is feasible to run because it has a value >1. Penelitian ini bertujuan : Untuk menguji pengaruh perbandingan macam Zat Pengatur Tumbuh dan konsentrasi (IBA dan BAP) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang disusun secara faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi IBA (A) dan konsentrasi BAP (K) yang menghasilkan 9 kombinasi. A1K1 : tanpa pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh, A2: konsentrasi IBA 2 ppm, A3:konsentrasi IBA 4 ppm, K2: konsentrasi BAP 1 ppm, K3: konsentrasi BAP 2 ppm. Perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga didapatkan 27 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh BAP berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter umbi, jumlah umbi per-rumpun, Berat umbi segar per-rumpun dan berat umbi kering per-rumpun. 2). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh IBA 0 ppm dan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh BAP 1 ppm memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat umbi kering per-rumpun seberat 61,98 gram. 3). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji tiga macam media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tiga varietas padi hitam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) factorial yang disusun secara Split Plot terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan yaitu macam varietas padi hitam sebagai main plot (petak utama) dan macam media tanam sebagai sub plot (anak petak), sehingga diperoleh 9 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan dan masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan memiliki 1 cadangan maka terdapat total keseluruhan 54 polybag. Adapun kedua faktor tersebut adalah : (1). Jenis Padi (V) sebagai main plot / petak utama yaitu : V1 varietas cempo ireng, V2 varietas jeliteng, V3 YR07 (2). Macam Media Tanam (M) sebagai sub plot / anak petak yaitu : M1 tanah, M2 tanah dan cocopeat, M3 tanah dan sekam. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil pada taraf 5 %. Sofiana","doi":"10.33061/INNOFARM.V23I1.5604","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33061/INNOFARM.V23I1.5604","url":null,"abstract":"Research has been carried out on the characterization of biochar pores produced from bagasse through a pyrolysis process at a temperature of 110oC for 4 hours, using the Scaning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive X-Ray (SEM-EDX) method. The biochar of sugarcane pulp produced is then tested for its ability to absorb nitrogen content (% N-total), with the source of N is urea fertilizer through the Kjedhal method based on SNI (2801: 2010), and the source of nitrogen from a solution of ammonium sulfate (NH4)2SO4 by the titrimetric method. The SEM measurement results showed that the biochar pores were uniform and micro-sized, while the peat pores were macro in size and irregular. EDX results show that biochar is composed of 100% carbon, while peat soil consists of carbon compounds (C), Oxygen (O) Silica (Si) and Aluminum (Al). Both of biochar and peat have moisture content of 0.38% and 11.79%, ash content of 2.42% AND 24.44%, volatile content of 0.53% and 5.23% of bound or fixed carbon (cf) of 97.02% and 58.53%. Ketinggian tempat sekitar 150 mdpl dan jenis tanahnya grumusol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dosis pupuk organik terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan factor tunggal yaitu pemberian dosis pupuk kandang dan POC GDM yang terdiri dari 7 macam perlakuan dan diulang 4 kali, terdiri dari K0 (Tanpa Pupuk Organik), K1 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 30 gr/polybag), K2 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 60 gr/polybag), K3 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 90 gr/polybag), P1 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 4 ml/L),P2 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 8 ml/L), P3 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 12 ml/L). Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengambil 2 tanaman pada setiap perlakuan. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan Uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf 5%. Parameter yang diamati meliputi, Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Daun Perumpun, Jumlah Umbi Perumpun, Bobot Umbi Segar, Bobot Umbi Kering, Berat Kering Brangaksan. Dengan ketinggian tempat ± 150 mdpl dengan jenis tanah grumosol. Penelitian ini bertujuan : Mengkaji dosis pupuk kandang kambing dan POC limbah tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Jagung pulut (Zea mays ceratina). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang di susun secara faktorial, Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor, masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Adapun kedua faktor tersebut adalah: (1) dosis pupuk kandang kambing (K) dengan 4 taraf yaitu : control (K0) , dosis 500 g (K1), dosis 750 g (K2), dosis 1000 g (K3), (2). Penyiraman poc limbah tahu yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: penyiraman tanpa poc (T0), penyiraman poc dosis 28,066 ml/liter (T1), penyiraman poc dosis 56,132 ml/ liter (T2). Perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga di dapatkan 36 kombinasi. Data analisis menggunakan Uji F melalui analisis ragam. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui signifikan perlakuan, digunakan Uji Duncan pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Perlakuan pupuk kandang kambing berpengaruh terhadap parameter berat kering brangkasan dan berat tongkol. Dosis K2 (750 gram) memberikan berat kering tertinggi yaitu 238,85 gram dan dosis K3 (1000 gram) memberikan berat tongkol tertinggi sebesar 286,15 gram. Interaksi perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap parameter berat brangkasan basah, berat kering brangkasan, berat tongkol, berat tanpa klobot, dan berat 100 biji. Ironisnya produktivitas kedelai di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah dan belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri. Hama seringkali dijumpai menjadi salah satu faktor pengganggu dalam budidaya kedelai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginventarisasi hama pada perlakuan macam mulsa terhadap tiga varietas tanaman kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merill). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 Oktober 2020 sampai tanggal 4 Januari 2021 di Desa Donohudan, Kecamatan Ngemplak, Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan metode Perancangan Dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap Kelompok (RAKL) yang disusun secara split plot (petak terbagi), terdiri dari 9 macam perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji BNJ (Tukey) pada taraf 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah interaksi antara perlakuan mulsa dan varietas menunjukkan tidak nyata saat dikombinasikan secara bersamaan pada semua parameter pengamatan. Hama yang ditemukan pada pertanaman kedelai adalah hama ulat jengkal (Chrysodeixis chalsites), belalang (Oxya chinensis), Ulat grayak (Spodoptera litura), ulat penggulung daun (Lamprosema indicata), dan hama penggerek polong (Etiella zinckenella). Intensitas serangan hama ulat jengkal (Chrysodeixis chalsites) dan hama belalang (Oxya chinensis) tergolong rendah pada varietas Anjasmoro yakni sebesar 33,85% dan 40,74%, sedangkan intensitas serangan hama ulat grayak (Spodoptera litura),ulat penggulung daun (Lamprosema indicata), dan hama penggerek polong (Etiella zinckenella) tergolong sangat rendah. Pemerintah bergerak untuk memecahkan kemerosotan produksi kakao dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan Gerakan Nasional Peningkatan Produksi dan Mutu Kakao (Gernas Kakao) yang dimulai sejak tahun 2009. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Gerakan Nasional Kakao terhadap peningkatan taraf hidup petani kakao di Kabupaten Mamasa, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat melalui penghitungan penghasilan para petani kakao sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya Gernas Kakao. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk membandingkan dan mengolah data. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program Gernas Kakao telah berhasil meningkatkan jumlah produksi kakao dan pendapatan para petani. Hasil B/C rasio kegiatan pada Program Gernas Kakao meliputi Peremajaan, Rehabilitasi dan intensifikasi menunjukkan angka >1 artinya Program Gernas Kakao layak untuk diterapkan dan dilanjutkan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas kakao. Siswadi","doi":"10.33061/INNOFARM.V23I1.5131","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33061/INNOFARM.V23I1.5131","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini berjudul Uji Efektivitas Penambahan Senyawa Mikroorganisme Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Garut (Maranta arundinaceae L.) bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk hayati terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman garut. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 16 September 2020 sampai 25 Desember 2020, di desa Gentong, Kecamatan Paron, Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur, dengan ketinggian tempat 500 (mdpl). Penelitian menggunakan metode=Perancangan Dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu faktor dengan 10 macam perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali. Adapun kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut : P0, P1K1, P1K2, P1K3, P2K1, P2K2, P2K3, P3K1, P3K2, P3K3. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk hayati BiotoGrow dengan konsentrasi 6 ml/L (P3K2) berpengaruh nyata terhadap pengamatan parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun, jumlah anakan, berat brangkasan basah, dan berat berat kering brangkasan. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk hayati BiotoGrow dengan konsentrasi 6 ml/L (P3K2) tanaman tertinggi yang dihasilkan yaitu 134,18cm, jumlah daun terbanyak yaitu 14,88 helai, panjang-daun terpanjang yaitu 36,10 cm, lebar daun terlebar yaitu 14,80 cm, jumlah anakan terbanyak yaitu 5,70 anakan, jumlah umbi terbanyak yaitu 2,50 butir, berat umbi tertinggi yaitu 20,83 gr, berat brangkasan basah tertinggi yaitu 1,87 kg, dan berat kering brangkasan tertinggi yaitu 114,63 gr.","PeriodicalId":270530,"journal":{"name":"Innofarm:Jurnal Inovasi Pertanian","volume":"2013 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121393578","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Merrill) \"has been conducted from October 9, 2020 to January 4, 2021 in Donohudan Village, Ngemplak, Boyolali. This study aims to examine the types of mulch on the growth and yield of three soybean varieties (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). In this study using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) arranged in a Split Plot consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely the variety of soybeans as the main plot (main plot) and the kinds of mulch as the sub plot (subplots), so that 9 combinations of treatments and each repeated 3 times. Data were analyzed using Variance Analysis and followed by Honest Real Difference Test at the 5% level. The results showed that the mulch treatment had no significant effect on plant height and number of leaves. However, it has the best plant height in the treatment without using mulch (M1) with 94.63 cm and the best number of leaves is 31 leaves. Silver black plastic mulch (M2) treatment significantly affected the weight of wet stover with 203.33 grams and dry weight of stover with 90.25 grams, pod weight with 236.02 grams, number of seeds with 224 grains, and seed weight with 46 grams. Treatment of various varieties did not significantly affect the number of pods, pod weight, and weight of 100 soybeans. However, it had the best number of pods in the Anjasmoro variety (V1) with 133 pods, the best pod weight was in the Biosoy variety (V3) with 202.59 grams, and the best weight of 100 soybeans was in the Grobogan (V2) variety with 26.50 grams.
