However, there are still many consumers who are hesitant to use e-wallets due to various reasons. Personal Innovativeness (PI) is a key factor in whether consumers use new technologies, such as e-wallets. This study shows the relationship of Personal Innovativeness (PI) that affects e-wallet use, and how Personal Innovativeness (PI) affects consumers’ views of e-wallets and their willingness to adopt and use this technology. A survey was conducted among a sample of 350 respondents in the age range of 18 to 50 years old. The findings of the research demonstrated that personal Innovativeness has a significant impact on e-wallet use. People with higher Personal Innovativeness (PI) are likelier to use e-wallets. The research suggests that companies that make and market e-wallets should consider PI when making and promoting their solutions to make them more popular and used. The results show that e-wallets should focus on users with higher PI and highlight their creative and easy features. This method could involve custom marketing to increase user engagement and the benefits of e-wallets. The data could also be used to develop new ways to market e-wallets and get more customers to use them.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135843636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is well established that an absence of consumer online trust can have a negative impact on e-commerce, whereas unwavering trust climate can lead to business growth. This manuscript conducts a literature review and lists the determinants of trust in B2C e-commerce. The researchers intend to propose a conceptual framework for studying trust as well as segmenting consumers in the context of B2C e-commerce. This paper identifies 4 trust based consumer segments with the help of an empirical research. Proper segmentation will support brands and the marketing function in the formulation of appropriate targeting strategies to improve consumer conversion.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135843782","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Rainfall prediction is necessary to explore crop environment relationship, water availability, soil erosion, floods and drought disasters. By leveraging Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) techniques, the proposed method utilizes ten input parameters and day-to-day meteorological observations to accurately forecast rainfall events at the Bengaluru station from 2013 to 2017. ANN method is also used to find an outlier during non-monsoon season. The suggested ARIMA model c(2,0,2) forecast daily rainfall 3 days in advance and c(1,0,0) anticipate monthly rainfall 5 months in prior. The model evaluation results are tabulated separately with MSE, RMSE, MAE and R2 values.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135105415","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, the price of AirAsia’s shares is predicted using the ARIMA model, a time-series analytic tool included in prediction algorithms. The technique of AirAsia’s stock price forecasting utilising the ARIMA model is demonstrated in the current study paper. Stock price forecasting using the ARIMA model has been done using historical stock data (July 2021) and it run them under Monte Carlo Simulation from Covid-19. It demonstrates that the ARIMA model’s results are more accurate for short-term forecasting and may be supported by current strategies for stock price redaction during COVID-19.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135106504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Kamble, Vikas Chouhan","doi":"10.47974/jsms-1078","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47974/jsms-1078","url":null,"abstract":"A wide variety of scheduling models have been proposed by researchers over the years, and each of them has varying performance in terms of deadline hit ratio, scheduling effort, efficiency of task mapping, etc. However, these models are highly context-sensitive and cannot be scaled to heterogeneous task types due to their internal mapping characteristics. To improve task scalability, this work proposes a design of a novel deadline-aware task scheduling model that uses augmented ensemble pattern analysis for task clustering. The pattern analysis module uses a combination of K-means, hierarchical, and Fuzzy C Means (FCM) clustering to effectively segregate tasks depending on their completion and deadline parameters. These tasks are given to a modified deadline-aware League Championship Algorithm (LCA) optimizer, which assists in mapping the clustered tasks with worker threads. The modified LCA model uses a combination of task priority, task deadline, and worker capacity for scheduling. The model maps tasks that require higher execution effort with moderately performing worker nodes, while tasks with nearer deadlines are allotted to higher-performance workers. Due to the use of an ensemble augmented pattern analyzer with a modified LCA optimizer, the proposed model can improve execution speed by 8%, deadline hit ratio by 1.5%, and scheduling efficiency by 6.5% when compared with various state-of-the-art scheduling approaches. The proposed model was evaluated and showcased a deadline hit ratio of 99.95%, computational efficiency of 96.26%, and average task-scheduling delay of less than 0.1 ms, which makes it highly useful for a wide variety of task scheduling application scenarios.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135107322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This ongoing advancement has resulted in concerns around job displacement, skill obsolescence, increased income and gender disparity, and how human and artificial intelligence would co-exist and shape the world. Although several research studies have explored these aspects in isolation of other factors, no attempt has been made to comprehensively map the research field so far. In this paper, we conduct a bibliometric analysis of 205 papers which appear in top business, economics, and management journals from 2000 to 2022. Biblioshiny, a web-based application included in the Bibliometrix package was used for the purposes of analysis. The software helped identify influential journals, authors, countries, articles, and themes. Additionally, network analysis helped map the conceptual, intellectual, and social structure of the shortlisted papers. We further develop a future research agenda for understanding technological change and ensuing labour market, skill set shifts. This paper and its findings contribute to the literature by offering a scientometric and systematic way to review ‘future of work’ and its impact on employee skill needs.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135838529","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the basic block policy, it is immutable or does not allow updating the existing transaction, which automatically maintains the security and transaction clarity. This paper proposes a system performance evaluation of various consensus algorithms in a distributed environment with a peer-to-peer network. The four different consensus algorithms have been evaluated in four peer nodes. Healthcare application has been successfully tested with the entire system. The first blockchain implementation has done in a Java environment with the custom hash generation, mining strategy, and smart contract for each level. Each algorithm provides different time complexity accordingly. The system evaluates the performance of four consensus algorithms sequentially and demonstrates the effectiveness and utilization of each algorithm according to the requirements.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135107327","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
