The data set was analyzed with the help of using SPSS and AMOS and the results indicate that WFC and FWC are related and cause a rise in stress levels among clinical doctors, whereas coming to the part of Subjective Happiness(SH), it is examined that majority of the employees were satisfied with their current situation. Hence, it is concluded that achieving a work-life balance is considered as a predominant aspect of a doctor’s life as health care professionals have found that their duties are increasingly onerous, causing an increase in stress levels.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":"105 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123742816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

More importantly, the Covid-19 pandemic has brought attention to the preparation of individuals’ financial budgets for unforeseen losses. As a result, financial literacy has gained immense importance. Literature available on the subject suggests that individuals when faced with a situation of crisis, tend to reduce their risk of not paying the liabilities, by controlling their budget. This research article aims to understand whether or not individuals with a good understanding of financial literacy have better skills in financial management, particularly during lockdowns. Primary data was collected after the second phase of lockdowns in August 2021 from 232 individuals residing in Delhi NCR, using a questionnaire adapted from the OECD study. Besides, a scale was developed to understand their financial behaviour and financial management skills. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of financial principles helped manage financial risk effectively and avoid any financial pitfalls. It helps individuals avoid financial concerns and enable individuals to regulate their income, even in challenging conditions like the Covid-19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126448364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) programme in India is estimated to earn USD 1.8 billion in income by 2026. By 2026, the drone market is anticipated to register $40.7 billion. By 2021 about 60% of the 860,000 drones that had been registered in the U.S. were used for recreational reasons. Drone Integration and Zoning Act and American Security Drone Act are key pieces of legislation for drone-related activities in 2021. In India registration of the drone is compulsory in all the cases. In this globalised era, FDIs is among the best medium to bring the external finance into the country. This study explores the influence of inflation and trade openness on FDI in India during the period 1980-2020 using the time series methods. For this research study, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is the dependent variable, whereas Inflation and Trade Openness are independent variables for investigating the causal and long-run relationship among the variables taken in India. In order to fulfil the aforementioned objective, Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Bounds test approach has been used. The findings imply that FDI inflows and trade openness have a long-term association. Further, it has also been found that trade openness shows a positive statistically significant impact on foreign direct investment, indicating that higher openness, will attract greater level of FDI in the country (India). Although trade openness and inflation are both positively associated with FDI inflows, inflation is statistically insignificant.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128665483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most important elements of production is the labour force ought to be managed in a fruitful way to achieve the desired levels of productivity. Numerous innovative factors are responsible for managing human resources in good ways which are inculcated by the entrepreneurs nowadays. One of the important means of tapping human resources in a better way is providing certain perks and social security measures such as pension benefits, accident cover/insurance, gratuity L.T.C and so on. Our legislation has enabled the provisions of certain security measures for the industrial workers to a significant level. After the introduction of the New Economic Policy (N.E.P) and Liberalisation/Globalisation, industrial workers are covered under New Industrial Policy Pensions Act. The authors [of] this paper paid much attention in analyzing the various social security measures offered to industrial workers and their effect on productivity. The study also shows the way by which the tendency of “Luddism” that prevails among the working class to show their protest to the industrial houses in an indirect way, could be avoided. Furthermore, the study identifies strategies to avoid the market concentration which would lead to exploitation through the formation of cartels and monopolies of the entire market structure. Finally, the study insinuates one of the evil consequences of concentration that paved the way for the reduction of the quantum of security measures.","PeriodicalId":270059,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Statistics and Management Systems","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129607757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
