The results showed that 60 respondents at the Dalu Ten Health Center, Tanjung Morawa, with dietary behavior in the type of staple food was sufficient (61.7), the type of meat that had good fat, lacked (55.0), fish and less processing (50.0, enough vegetables and fruit (75.0%), only enough food (55.0%), sufficient food processing (58.3), sufficient and insufficient cooking spices (45.0%), less soft drinks (55.0 ), less dairy products (68.3%). Based on the dietary behavior of stroke patients in consuming staple foods, vegetables and fruit, only food, the food processing of stroke patients is sufficient to understand dietary behavior. Meanwhile, in consuming fatty meats, fish and their processing, cooking spices, and soft drinks, stroke sufferers are still lacking so that the eating behavior of stroke patients must increase food consumption patterns and the need to meet food consumption so that information on eating behavior of stroke sufferers is accurate and correct. CAD has an impact on various aspects of the sufferer's life, both physical, psychosocial, and spiritual which affect the patient's Quality of Life (QOL). The main effort that can be done to maintain or improve the quality of life is with the patient's medication adherence. The existence of social restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic has become a current issue regarding access to treatment of patients with CAD in hospitals so it has not been depicted regarding medication adherence and quality of life of patients with CAD during the pandemic, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the association between medication adherence and the quality of life of patients with CAD during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study method used is analytical observational with a cross-sectional approach. Primary data were collected from patients with CAD who were outpatient at the Cardiology Clinic of Private Hospital Type A in Bandung, Indonesia with accidental sampling technique. The study was conducted in January 2022 with the minimum sample being 70 respondents (Slovin formula). Data collection uses The Modified-Morisky Adherence Scale-8 (MMAS-8) questionnaire to assess medication adherence and the Seattle Angina Questionnaire-7 (SAQ-7) Questionnaires to assess the quality of life of patients with CAD. The statistical test is Chi-Square. The result showed that 34 (48.6%) respondents had low medication adherence and 43 (61.4%) respondents had good QOL. There was an association between medication adherence and QOL (p-value 0.009). The World health Organization (WHO) estimates that in 2025 there will be an increase in hypertension cases by around 80%, in 2000 from 639 million cases to 1.5 billion cases. Hypertension is the third leading cause of death in Indonesia for all ages. In 2015, surveys showed that 1 in 4 women and 1 in 5 men suffer from hypertension. Less than 1 in 5 people have hypertension that is well controlled and more than 9 million deaths are related to hypertension. The aim of this research is to describe the characteristic of hypertensive patient at the Full Bethesda General Hospital Medan in 2021. The method used is descriptive, with a total sampling technique of 105 people. The result of these research are respondents with hypertension at Full Bethesda General Hospital Mdan in 2021 range from 55-64 years (40.0%), female (54.28%), senior high school (56.19%),nor working (36.20%), Tribe of Toba Batak (48.58%). It can be concluded that the characteristic of hypertension can occur at the age between 55-64 years, female gender, senior high school,on average in the group who do not have job and toba batak tribe. Mastectomy is one of the options for surgical action in breast cancer. In patients who will undergo mastectomy, all breast tissue and axillary lymph nodes are suspected. Surgery will cause psychological disorders in the form of anxiety that can lead to complications during surgery. One way to reduce anxiety is through the provision of aromatherapy, especially aromatherapy lavender, which is known to be sedative. Purpose: the aims to determine the effect of aromatherapy on anxiety scale in pre mastectomy patients. Method: this study was used a quasi-experimental research design with the one group pre- and post-test without control method. Determination of sample size was using purposive sampling teqniuqe with 15 respondents. The instrument to assess anxiety is the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Data from the research results were analyzed by statistical tests, namely the Wilcoxon test. Results: this study show that there is a significant effect of pre- and post-administration of aromatherapy of lavender flowers to decrease the level of anxiety in patients with pre-mastectomy with p value (p = 0,001) <0.05. Conclussion: the granting of aromatherapy lavender can reduce of anxiety levels in patients with pre-mastectomy which means a decline in the level of anxiety after the administration of aromatherapy lavender flowers in patients with pre-mastectomy. Excessive workload can cause a person to become nervous which leads to stress. Workload must be considered because workload can affect nurse performance and indirectly affect nursing services to patients. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between workload and nurse performance room at Advent Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research with a non-experimental design with a cross-sectional method. The object of this study were 34 nurses and the sampling technique used was total sampling where the entire population will be sampled. A questionnaire was used in collecting data and analyzed by using the Chi Square correlation test. The results show that the majority of nurses has a moderate workload of 25 respondents (73.5%) and the majority of nurses has good performance of 28 respondents (82.4%). The statistical results show that there is a significant relationship between workload and the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward of Advent Hospital, with a significance level of p value 0.02 (<0.05). So it can be concluded that the lighter the workload the better the nurse's performance. Heart failure patients experience a decrease in the ability of the heart muscle to pump blood and meet the oxygen needs of the body. This results in a low quality of life for heart failure patients, so self care is needed to improve the quality of life for heart failure patients. Self care is an activity to maintain health and well-being. This study aims to identify the relationship between self-care and the quality of life of patients heart failure at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan.This type of quantitative research with cross sectional method. The population of this research is heart failure patients who experience outpatient services at the RSUP Haji Adam Malikin Medan in 2021 and taking sample of 84 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire.The results showed that the majority of selfcare for heart failure patients at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan in 2021 was good (76.2%) and the majority of the quality of life was high (88.1%). The results of the fisher exact statistical test obtained p-value of 0.001 indicating a significant relationship between Self Care and Quality of Life for Heart Failure Patients at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Hospital Medan in 2021. Depression in the elderly can be caused by a decrease in body physiological functions, a decrease in income, separation, the death of a life partner, and other factors. The attitude, action, and acceptance of the family toward its members is the family's function. The aim:This study was conducted in Talapeta Village, Deli Serdang Regency, to determine the description of family function in elderly depression. The data in this study was collected through a questionnaire, which is a qualitative method. Univariate analysis was used to analyze data. The results stated that the highest proportion of respondents were aged 60-74 years old, with 26 respondents (74.2%); the gender of respondents with the highest proportion of women was 24 respondents (68.6%); the marital status of respondents with the highest proportion of widows was 23 respondents (65.7%); and the education of respondents with the highest proportion not attending school was 18 respondents (51.4% ). In Talapeta hamlet, where there was a high proportion of moderate family function and as many as 16 respondents, family function in elderly depression was studied (45.7 % ). Depression in the elderly might be influenced by demographic variables. Conclusion: In depressed elderly people, family function is moderate. Because the elderly live with their families, this is the case. In Indonesia, there are 55.8% of nurses in government hospitals experiencing low job satisfaction. There are several factors that influence job satisfaction including salary earned, organizational culture, relationships with coworkers, supervision, and career development. Career level is one of the efforts to realize nurse job satisfaction. Nursing career level is the implementation of several career plans that have been determined to provide nurses with positions/levels that are in accordance with the education, abilities, skills and competencies of nurses. The purpose of this study was to find out the career level relationship with Job Satisfaction of nurses at Sari Mutiara General Hospital Lubuk Pakam. The research design used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all nurses at Sari Mutiara General Hospital Lubuk Pakam. The sample in this study amounted to 56 people obtained by using total sampling. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used was the chi square test. The results showed the majority of respondents had a high career level 69,6% and respondents’ performance satisfaction was satisfied as much as 67,8%. In other conditions, pain can also be caused by spasm of the muscles causing ischemia, ischemia causes pain.Perpuse: the aim of this study is analyzed effect of Core Stability and Micro Wave Diathermy to reduce pain on patients with Lumbar Spondyloarthrosis.Method: Design of this study is a eksperimental studyPre and Post Test Group Design without control group, used a total sampling teqhniqe and 12 respondents. Before and after is done intervention, measurement of pain scale of respondens. Result: Wilcoxon range test is analized data in this study with p value = 0.002 ( p<0.05).It is mean, there is a significant effect of Core Stability and Micro Wave Diathermy to reduce pain on patients with Lumbar Spondyloarthrosis. Conclusion:conclusion of this study are the core stability exercise and micro wave diathermy can reduce pain in patients with lumbar spondyloarthrosis.
