In other conditions, pain can also be caused by spasm of the muscles causing ischemia, ischemia causes pain.Perpuse:  the aim of this study is analyzed effect of Core Stability and Micro Wave Diathermy to reduce pain on patients with Lumbar Spondyloarthrosis.Method: Design of  this study is a eksperimental studyPre and Post Test Group Design without control group, used a total sampling teqhniqe and 12 respondents. Before and after is done intervention, measurement of pain scale of respondens. Result: Wilcoxon range test is analized data in this study with p value = 0.002 ( p<0.05).It is mean,  there is a significant effect of  Core Stability and Micro Wave Diathermy to reduce pain on patients with Lumbar Spondyloarthrosis. Conclusion:conclusion of this study are the  core stability exercise and micro wave diathermy can reduce pain in patients with lumbar spondyloarthrosis. 摘要

腰椎关节病是腰椎间盘退变引起的腰痛,腰椎关节突关节,使椎间孔有压力,这会引起骨赘,这会引起刺激,它会引起组织炎症或者也会发生马尾压力。在其他情况下,疼痛也可由肌肉痉挛引起局部缺血,局部缺血引起疼痛。目的:本研究的目的是分析核心稳定性和微波热疗对腰椎关节病患者减轻疼痛的效果。方法:本研究设计为实验研究,前后试验组设计,不设对照组,采用全抽样法,被调查者12人。在进行干预前后,测量被试的疼痛程度。结果:本研究分析资料采用Wilcoxon极差检验,p值= 0.002 (p<0.05)。结果表明,核心稳定性和微波热疗对腰椎关节病患者的疼痛有显著的缓解作用。结论:本研究的结论是核心稳定性运动和微波热疗可以减轻腰椎关节病患者的疼痛。本研究的建议是增加进一步研究的受访者数量,使他们能够代表更广泛的代表性。
