The high rates of HIV/AIDS cases in North Sumatra is a serious problem that must be addressed to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS, especially among teenagers who are in the vulnerable age group with risky behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of knowledge and attitudes of teenagers towards HIV/AIDS prevention. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test with a total sample of 59 people. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed that knowledge affects the treatment of counseling with a p-value of 0.000 and attitudes affect the treatment given with a p-value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that peer education affects the level of knowledge and attitudes of teenagers in Kelurahan Dwikora. The incidence of DHF is influenced by many factors, one of which is community behavior due to lack of knowledge and community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. It is important that efforts to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of the community regarding the prevention of DHF disease with better knowledge will lead to the attitudes and behavior of the community to prevent DHF. To determine the effect of the level of knowledge, motivation, attitude towards community participation in the prevention of DHF. The research used is descriptive correlational. The sample is 30 respondents. The instrument uses a questionnaire, the analysis uses SPSS.17.0. The results of the simultaneous regression test obtained the value of sig. 0.002 < 0.05, then the independent variable simultaneously affects the dependent variable. The value of Fcount = 6.486 and Ftable = 2.95 means that F(6.486) > Ftable (2.95), there is a combined effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The contribution of Knowledge, Motivation, and Attitude variables is 0.758. or 75.8% while the rest (24.2%) is influenced by other variables outside the study. There is a significant influence between the level of knowledge, motivation and attitudes towards community participation in the prevention of DHF cases. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The research is located at Puskesmas Simalingkar B. The research population is all nurses on duty at Puskesmas Simalingkar B, totaling 50 people. The sample size was determined by total sampling, namely all nurses on duty at the Simalingkar B Health Center as many as 50 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with Chi Square. The results showed that the majority of knowledge about the use of APD at the Simalingkar B Health Center was poor as many as 17 people (34.0%) and those who had good knowledge but did not use APD were 5 people (10.0%) there is no relationship between knowledge and the use of APD. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between perceptions and the behavior of using APD at the Simalingkar Community Health Center B. Objective: This study purpose to determine the effect of Left Turn/ Right Tilt mobilization exercises on the length of hospitalization in post appendectomy patients at RSD Mangusada. Method: The research was conducted with a Post-test design Only With Control Group Design. The number of samples were 21 people from each group using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using observation sheets for length day of stay. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney. test. Results: The results of the study in the experimental group with an average length of stay of 2.61 days, while in the correlation between the effect of left turn/ right tilt mobilization exercise on the length day of stay in post appendectomy patients obtained p value <0.001. Conclusion: The effect of left turn/ right tilt mobilization exercise on length of hospitalization in post- appendectomy patients at RSD Mangusada. The national prevalence of hypertension at the age of 55-64 years is 45.9%, those aged 65 years and over are 57.6%, and those aged 75 years and over are 63.8%. One of the complementary alternative therapies in hypertensive patients is doing \"hydrotherapy\" which can lower blood pressure if done regularly. The treatment is soaking the feet in warm water. This study aims to determine the effect of foot soak with warm water on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive elderly in Gaharu Village. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre and post test design. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents. Collecting data in this study using observation sheets. From the results of the paired t test showed that there was a significant effect before and after foot bath therapy with warm water, the p-value = 0.000 (<0.05). The parameters in the EWS method are level of consciousness, respiration or exhalation, oxygen saturation, supplemental oxygen, temperature, pulse rate, and systolic blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between knowledge level and nurse compliance of nurses in carrying out early warning score at BIMC Hospital Kuta. The EWS assessment is supported by nurses’ education level and work experience. This study used a cross-sectional approach correlation design with a total sampling technique of 58 nurses. In this study, it was found that the good knowledge level of nurses at BIMC Hospital Kuta was 86.2%, while the compliance level of nurses in carrying out the early warning score was found that the nurses obeyed in carrying out an early warning score of 86.2%. Data processing used the chi square statistical test. The period of growth and development in children is the most appropriate time to practice personal hygiene. Likewise, health problems that often occur in early childhood are related to personal hygiene. Getting used to living clean and healthy in children should be done as early as possible because the habits that are implanted will affect the child's healthy behavior. One of the importance of personal hygiene is to minimize the occurrence of a disease caused by microorganisms found in various places. Purpose: This literature review aimed to identify, and analyze the journal related to topics that described the implementation of the efforts to fulfillment of personal hygiene in the children. Method: A literature review with PICO analysis accompanied by evidence-based practice was carried out as the method of this study particularly by analyzing 10 article journals (8 national journals and 2 international journals). The literature criteria used were the publication of articles in the last three years, from 2017 to 2020, and the articles with accessible free full text in Google Scholar, and PubMed. One of the Indonesian government policies that has a wide impact is government regulation in the field of education, both in the professional area and in the field of administration and the environment. With the pandemic, the implementation of educational activities has changed in various forms of learning activities, both theoretical and practical learning, all of which must run online. Purpose, This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning lab skills using Online Learning Video Media on the Skill Lab Practicum Module for fourth-semester students of the Diploma Three Nursing Study Program, Insan Husada Polytechnic Surakarta. Methods, Lab skill practicum is called a control group. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a post-test only control design, the samples were selected and grouped into the experimental group, and the control group, the group that was treated with the provision of online learning videos, was called the experimental group, while the group that was not given online learning videos and only received the module. The experimental group was 47 students, and the control group was 46 students. Result, (1) There is a difference in the test scores of respondents who learn using the video skill lab media with those who use the skill lab practicum module media. Data analysis used Rank Spearman Rho test.This study shows that family support for the level of independence in daily activities in the post-stroke elderly is in the moderate category (54.4%). The level of independence in daily living (ADL) activities in post-stroke elderly in the mild dependency category (73.7%). The results of this analysis meet the criteria of the hypothesis requirements, that there is a relationship between family support and the level of independence in daily living (ADL) activities in post-stroke elderly at RSU Sufina Aziz Medan with a p = 0.014 (p <0.05).
