Fever occurs at temperatures >37.5ºC usually caused by autoimmune infections and diseases. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that the number of diseases in children with fever symptoms is 62% with a mortality rate of 33%. Giving Aloe Vera compresses is one of the non-phamacological interventions that can reduce dampness. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effectiveness of Aloe Vera Compress Intervention on Decreasing body temperature in children with fever. The research design used One group pretest-posttest. The variables in this research are Aloe Vera Compress as an independent variable and Decrease in body temperature in Fever children as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all pediatric patients aged 5-11 years who experienced fever at the Bahbiak Health Center in Pematangsiantar City, Siantar Marimbun District. Sampling using purposive sampling technique of 12 respondents. The intervention carried out compresses Aloe Vera for 15 minutes. Temperature measurement using a digital thermometer. Data were collected by observation sheets and tested by Paired Sample-Test. The results showed that there was a change in the body temperature of the Fever child. The results of Shaphiro-Wilk normality test results of body temperature before giving Aloe Vera compress is 130 and body temperature after giving Aloe Vera compress is 037. Paired Sample-Test statistical test results show data ρ = 0,000 <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. which means that there is an effectiveness in administering Aloe Vera compresses to reduce body temperature of children aged 5-11 years of fever. In general, teenagers undergo various problems and difficulties in adjusting themselves to their environment in their puberty. The objective of the research was to find out the correlation between family support and female teenagers behavior in their physical change in their puberty at SMP Negeri 1 Deli Tua tahun 2020. The research used an analytic method with cross sectional design. It was conducted in September 2014 to February 2015. The population was 137 grade VII female students of SMP Negeri 1 Deli Tua tahun 2020and 68 of them were used as the samples. The data were analyzed by using chi square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. The result of the research showed that there was the correlation of emotional (p=0.004), information support (p=0.000), and instrumental support (p=0.002) with the behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) of female teenagers in their puberty. The variable of information support had the most dominant correlation with the female teenagers behavior at Exp (B) of 5.591. It is recommended that the management of the school provide more knowledge and information about the puberty period for their students, especially female students by upgrading them periodically in the knowledge of reproduction health. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya Hubungan Psychological Intervention Dengan Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik Yang Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa Di RSU Sembiring Delitua Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2020. Penelitian termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Yang dilakukan pada 14 orang pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa di RSU Sembiring yang dilaksanakan pada bulan juni 2020. Kualitas Hidup Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik Yang Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa Berdasarkan tabel tabulasi silang Hubungan Psychological Intervention Dengan Peningkatan Di RSU Sembiring sebanyak 9 orang (64.3%) dan memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebanyak 6 orang (42.9%) dan yang memiliki kualitas hidup cukup sebanyak 3 orang (21.4%), dan yang tidak teratur melakukan psychological intervention sebanyak 5 orang (35.7%) dan memiliki kualitas hidup kurang sebanyak 5 orang (35.7%). Hasil Uji Chi Square di dapatkan nilai P=0,001dengan α= 0,05 artinya terdapat Hubungan yang signifikan dari Psychological Intervention Dengan Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik. Degenerative diseases are usually referred to diseases that accompany the aging process.Blood sugar levels are a form of carbohydrate metabolism that serves as the main energy source is isontrolled by insulin. Diabetes occurs due to increased blood sugar levels or hyperglycemia due to insulin deficiency. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that cases of diabetes mellitus in 2015 reached 415 million cases of adults with diabetes. It is due to never stretching joint muscles such as aerobic exercise or jogging, it is necessary to do prolanis gymnastics.The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of prolanis exercise on reducing blood sugar levels in the elderly at the DolatRayat Health Center in Karo District. The type of research is a pre-experimental design with pre and post test one group design. The population of this study was 40 people. The number of samples in this study were 40 people with saturated sample techniques (total sampling). Data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of Prolanis exercises on reducing blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Dolat Rayat Health Center in Karo District, where a p-value obtained 0.000 <0.05. Balance exercise is a special exercise or a movement that is used to improve the ability of muscles to maintain body balance. According to Word Health Organitation (WHO) the prevalence falls at the age of 65 years and over around 28-35% and at the age of 70 years and over around 32-42%. The prevalence of the elderly falls in the United States, every year one in five events falls due to impaired balance causing serious injury. Most head injuries (47%), upper limbs (28%) and lower limbs (26%) Kota Medan 61.5%, Karo 27.1%, Pakpak Bharat 50.0%, Kota Pematang Siantar 35.4%, Kota Tebing Tinggi 39.4%, Kota Binjai 49.5%, and in Dairi 36.5%. The type of research used is quantitative research with pre-experimental research design, using pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique used in this study was using purposive sampling technique obtained 10 samples in this study. Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of this study are that there is an effect of the provision of balance exercise on postural improvement in the elderly in Pustu Desa Siratah, Kec. Some of the factors that are thought to influence are behavioral factors in the form of behavioral domains, namely knowledge, attitudes and practices in the implementation of prevention for housewives and their families. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes in the prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in toddlers. This type of research uses the type of research that is analytic observation with a cross sectional research design. The total sampling used in this study were 32 mothers who had children under five in Sido Rukun village who had toddlers. The data measurement technique was carried out by the researcher using a closed questionnaire to the respondents as many as 24 questions, namely, 12 questions for Independent Variables and 12 questions for Dependent Variable questions. The results showed that out of 32 mothers who became respondents, it was shown that the knowledge of mothers about Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) was still quite good, namely 18 respondents (56.3%). Based on the attitude of the results found by the researcher, the majority of 32 mothers who had toddlers had good attitudes as many as 19 respondents (59.4%). The results of the analysis by researchers that have been carried out show that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes in the prevention of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), this can be seen from statistical tests using SPSS using the dhisquare test, analysis p = 0.03 means p <0.05 the results of the distribution and the questionnaire sheets that were distributed to the respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and cognitive function in the elderly in Paran-padang Village, Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency. The research sample was 37 elderly in Paran-padang Village, Sipirok District, Tapanuli Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with the simple random sampling method. This study uses a correlational analytic type with a cross sectional design. The data collection measuring instrument used in this study was a questionnaire sheet. The results of statistical tests with Spearman rho show that there is a relationship between physical activity and cognitive function in the elderly in Paran Padang-Padang Village, Sipirok District, Tapanuli Selatan Regency in 2020 with a P-Value of 0.001 (<0.05). Hyperuricemia may occur due to increased uric acid metabolism. decreased uric acid excretion (underexcretion), or a combination of both. Basil leaves contain flavonoid compounds that can inhibit the formation of uric acid in the body. Hyperuricemia is a condition that indicates an increase in uric acid levels above normal, with normal blood values less than 7 mg / dl for men and 6 mg / dl for women. Uric acid is the result of purine catabolism. Gout disease along with the times, whether we realize it or not, there has been a shift in people's lifestyles, lazy in physical activities and less attention to the nutritional content in their food. In addition, this lifestyle shift can also lead to various unhealthy behaviors, such as lack of rest, smoking habits, and consuming alcohol. This of course can result in the emergence of various diseases, including gout. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of water decoction of basil leaves on blood uric acid levels in patiens with hyperuricemia at negeri lama helath center. The sample was determined by qouta sampling technique, namely 30 people. The research design was a quasi-experimental design using a one group pre and post test design. According to the American Cancer Society 2016, cancer is the leading cause of death in Asia, America, Hawaii and the Pacific Islands with a proportion of 27% of all deaths with cancer most common in men prostate cancer 18% lung cancer 14% colorectal cancer 12% whereas for women, the most common cancer is 34% (WHO 2017). Soursop is a plant that can grow and bear fruit throughout the year in soil conditions with sufficient water content. Soursop fruit is composed of 67% edible fruit flesh, 20% skin 8.5% seeds and 4% the central axis of the fruit from the overall weight of the fruit. To analyze the effect of soursop leaf decoction on the prevention of early-stage breast cancer. research design uses one group pretest posttest design. The variables in this study were soursop leaf stew as an independent variable and prevention of early-stage breast cancer as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all women who had early stage breast cancer. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique of 10 respondents. Intervention will be carried out by giving soursop leaf stew 2 times one day. Data were collected using questionnaire and paired sample T test. The results of the study showed that there were physical changes in breast cancer patients. Shaphiro-wilk data normality test results before giving soursop leaf decoction is 8.8 and after given soursop leaf decoction is 4.1.
