Most of the conventional Speech Recognition Techniques use lexical analysis approach to comprehend a correct homophone, but still, it is a challenging area in word-level speech recognition. The current research proposes unsupervised reinforcement learning based Artificial Immune Algorithm to decrease the homophone ambiguity from any existing speech to text techniques in word-level speech recognition. It also applies an Affinity Maturation technique to premature the homophone dataset, collected from different sources and merged into one dataset, earlier before applying the proposed Artificial Immune System Algorithm for the better result at preliminary phase.","PeriodicalId":269385,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Recent Trends on Electronics, Information, Communication & Technology (RTEICT)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124795187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Provisioning of the interrupted communication services to the passengers in such vehicular environment is indeed a challenge. Mobile cellular networks offer one of the potential technologies for making the provisioning of the uninterrupted communication services in fast speed trains. Recent cellular networks are based on smaller cells, which result in frequent cell boundary crossings and hence high handover rate. In this paper, we present an improved handover scheme suitable for high speed railway transport. It may be used for long length vehicles offering seamless communication services to the users. The design parameters include handover processing delay, dual-antennae structure to provide seamless communication, bi-casting mechanism to eliminate data forwarding delay and mobile relay link to reduce overhead on dedicated base station. Comparative analysis with the traditional schemes shows the superior performance of the proposed handover scheme.","PeriodicalId":269385,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Recent Trends on Electronics, Information, Communication & Technology (RTEICT)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128914490","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Decode and Forward (DF) relaying node first harvest the energy using Time Switching (TS) protocol and then harvested energy is used to transmit the information towards the destination. A new system model is adopted where harvested energy is used to charge the battery of common control unit and distributed among the relay nodes to transmit information towards destination. Three power allocation methods namely equal power, water-filling and channel gain based power distribution algorithms have been adopted to maximize system throughput. The simulation results authenticate that the channel gain based power allocation method is superior and water-filling is poorest among them. The EH time also plays a significant impact in achieveing the maximum system throughput.","PeriodicalId":269385,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Recent Trends on Electronics, Information, Communication & Technology (RTEICT)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122970468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The full Adder is a widely used basic adder circuit in Electronics. Optimizing the Power and Speed of this circuit has become the need of the day. In this paper three hybrid full-adder circuits based on the novel full-swing XOR-XNOR gates have been designed. The HFA 22T (Hybrid Full Adder with 22 transistors), HFA B 26T (Hybrid Full Adder with 26 transistors and Buffers) and HFA NB 26T(Hybrid Full Adder with 26 transistors and New Buffers) have been designed using the Cadence virtuoso tool with 18nm FinFET technology. The simulation results have been performed and the delay of the circuit has been calculated. For the Hybrid Full Adder with 22 Transistors (HFA 22T), the delay was observed to be 69.01 ps. In [1] the power consumed was 155.5ps. The reduction in power in comparison to HFA -22T using MOSFET was 56.02%. For the Hybrid Full Adder with 26 Transistors and Buffers (HFA B 26T), the delay was computed to be 99.08ps and a reduction of 36.58 % was observed as compared to the design in [1] where it is 156.9ps. In the case of Hybrid Full Adder with 26 Transistors and New Buffers (HFA NB 6T), the delay was observed to be 52.11ps and a reduction of 64.58% was observed as compared to the previous design where it was computed to be 147.1ps. Thus, the HFA NB 26T showed the smallest delay, hence it is the fastest of the Hybrid Full Adder Designs. A considerable reduction of delay has been achieved in comparison to MOSFETs. It has been found out that the HFA NB 26T is the fastest of the three designed adders.","PeriodicalId":269385,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Recent Trends on Electronics, Information, Communication & Technology (RTEICT)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123057065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The properties like compact size, low cost, and wide range of speed control makes induction motor a universally acceptable electromechanical device. Due to the wide usage, they are prone to different faults. The presence of faults affects the operation of the Induction motor by reducing its efficiency. If these faults are not diagnosed at the proper time, they can lead to the shutdown of the entire system under operation. Thus there is a constant need for the reliable and safe operation of Induction motors. Condition monitoring is required through which presence of various faults occurring in induction motor can be diagnosed beforehand and necessary precautions and preventive works can be performed. The proposed method deals with the fault diagnosis and detection through continuous monitoring based on Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA). Among the various methods used for fault diagnosis, Soft Computing techniques form a promising option. The proposed algorithm is implemented using Fuzzy Logic soft computing technique. The paper discusses the results obtained by simulating and detecting various faults in induction motor using Fuzzy logic, in C#. Experimental results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":269385,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Recent Trends on Electronics, Information, Communication & Technology (RTEICT)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115560042","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The wide dynamic range of altitude is achieved by making use of varying sweep rates. To entitle “on the fly” fast reconfiguration of waveform parameters by FPGA, a high-speed DDS based implementation has been utilized which ensures fast sweep waveform generation with different sweep rates for different altitude zones. The presented scheme is designed at reducing the beat frequency bandwidth particularly for the applications of wide altitude range measurement which thusly leads to better sensitivity. Even doctors/medical professionals do not get this data during crucial times. This could be avoided by sharing medical data of patients to the doctors and patient directly. Present storage method is also at a security threat of being tampered and accessed by unauthorized. This paper proposes blockchain network to address the issues related to medical records system which is easily accessed by the patient or doctor to take better and effective decisions ensuring immutability. Doctors view/update past visits for a medical record, if given the permission to by the respective patients. The proposed model uses Hyperledger Composer, Composer REST server, Hyperledger Fabric and Angular 4. Hyperledger Fabric is a permissioned blockchain framework thus allowing the model to have permission control. The UI allows doctors/patients to easily access the patients records as and when required. The patients grant permission to a particular doctor when required and revoke access once the doctor as completed a visit. Similarly every doctor is allowed to view a patients data only when granted permission and is then allowed to update the history. Only a doctor can update the patient's history to ensure data integrity.","PeriodicalId":269385,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Recent Trends on Electronics, Information, Communication & Technology (RTEICT)","volume":"220 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128616592","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
