Introduction: Science and technology advancements not only provide various benefits to humans, but also make humans inactive. This is exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which limits human physical activity even more. In Indonesia, the proportion of the inactive population aged over ten years has increased over the last five years (2013-2018). A preliminary survey of Integrated Islamic Junior High School students in Bekasi revealed a large number of inactive students. As a result, researchers were curious about the Effect of utilizing Active Life Leaflets on Changes in Physical Activity. Methods: The research with a pre-experimental design was carried out in April– December 2018 at Integrated Islamic Junior High School Students Bekasi. A sample of 37 students was selected using a simple random sampling method. The intervention was in the form of active life education, using active live leaflets as media every week for 6 weeks. Data was collected by interview using a physical activity questionnaire. Data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis with a paired T-test. Results: The average physical activity before and after the intervention was 19.9 minutes/day and 60.8 minutes/day. There was a change in physical activity of 40.9 minutes/day with a p-value of 0.000000002. Conclusion: Utilization of leaflets as a medium of active life education significantly increased physical activity. This method can be applied to other schools by involving sports teachers.","PeriodicalId":269047,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Biennial International Conference on Safe Community, B-ICSC 2022, 20-21 September 2022, Bandar Lampung, Lampung, Indonesia","volume":"2674 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128474954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to explain the empowerment of PT PNM to poor women in increasing a prosperous life in Bandar Jaya, Lampung Province. Pre-prosperous society is a social problem that continues to exist because housewives are not empowered optimally even though they have good potential. Whereas women's empowerment programs can be a solution in alleviating poverty that afflicts pre-prosperous communities. This qualitative research uses empowerment theory in the form of enabling, empowering and protecting as an analytical tool. The results show that the existence of this program from PT PNM has been proven to increase the productivity of poor women so that their income automatically increases and they turn into prosperous women. PT PNM conducts empowerment in the form of enabling, empowering and protecting. PT PNM also applies the theory of religiosity in the form of religious belief and religious practice. The enabling factor, PT PNM creates interaction situations, starting from the pattern of interaction between PT PNM and poor women, or fellow poor women, which is proportional between the two when the activity takes place. The empowering factor, PT PNM emphasizes the subject's recognition of the \"ability\" or \"power\" possessed by poor women. Then, PT PNM also protects the rights of poor women so that poor women feel protected when carrying out economic activities. PT PNM also creates a religious atmosphere that is both vertical and horizontal.","PeriodicalId":269047,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Biennial International Conference on Safe Community, B-ICSC 2022, 20-21 September 2022, Bandar Lampung, Lampung, Indonesia","volume":"107 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127009182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Frozen brownies are modified products that can be consumed directly in cold, thawed, and warm conditions. Therefore, this study aims to produce frozen brownies with high fibre content and low fat by reducing their total intake using margarine. The is a single factor study arranged in a Completely Randomised Block Design with four replications. The factor studied was the proportion of pineapple puree and margarine, which was divided into 5 groups with ratios of 10:90, 20:80, 30:70, 40:60, and 50:50, respectively. The products were also analysed for their sensory characteristics (hedonic test), physical characteristics (hardness level), nutritional analysis. Analysis of acceptance and β -sitosterol was carried out. The sensory evaluation results showed that the proportion of fat replacer had a significant effect (p < 0.05) on the product acceptance. The physical characterisation of the hardness level ranged from 8.74 to 11.39 kgm/s 2 . The proportion of fat replacer also has a significant effect on the nutritional value, namely ash content, protein, fat, and carbohydrates. The energy content of the products ranged from 480 – 603 kcal/100g. The best-frozen brownies had a fat replacer and margarine ratio of 50: 50, and it contains β -sitosterol of 912.6883 mg/kg, which is higher than that of the control, namely 161.7127 mg/kg. The fat adequacy level of the best-frozen brownies was 12.5% lower, but it has a high fibre content of 3.31 g/100g than regular brownies. Therefore, the product can be recommended as a healthy food.","PeriodicalId":269047,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Biennial International Conference on Safe Community, B-ICSC 2022, 20-21 September 2022, Bandar Lampung, Lampung, Indonesia","volume":"121 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116206950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
