Social welfare is still a problem in Indonesia. Including in the Sukarame sub-district, Bandar Lampung, where every year the number of poor people increases. To reduce poverty, the government provides a solution by making many programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program. However, many programs that are claimed by both the government and the private sector (companies) as community development, however, in reality are not able to lift the community to become self-sufficient. This means that no matter how many programs are launched, they are not directly proportional to the impact on community economic empowerment and independence. This paper aims to describe the empowerment of the Islamic community in the Harapan Keluarga program using qualitative methods. The theory used is the theory of community empowerment which has 3 variables namely enabling, empowering, and protecting. The results show that PKH in its duties and functions opens the possibility for beneficiaries to develop by means of education and mentoring to broaden their horizons. This qualitative research aims to reveal the role of the Lampung Police Kamtibmas preacher in eradicating thuggery to create a clean, safe and prosperous city of Bandar Lampung. The city of Bandar Lampung, which incidentally is the provincial capital, is also not spared from the crime of thugs. This study uses social role theory from Ralph Linton which has variables of social interaction, cognitive concepts and social actors. The results show that the Kamtibmas da'i interacted with social contacts and communication with thugs in a humanistic and moderate way. They carry out community empowerment in the context of equitable power sharing, in the sense of working together and listening to each other. Da'i Kamtibmas attaches importance to the subject's \"recognition\" of the \"ability\" or \"power\" of the Preman. This process sees the importance of the flow of power from da'i to thugs. Da'i Kamtibmas acts as a social actor by being a friend by showing an example and being an effective listener. Exclusive breastfeeding is the only appropriate food for infant 0-6 months, an ideal nutrition for child development and growth. In Bandar Lampung city, the prevalence of stunting is still high compared to national data. This study aimed to know the effect of exclusive breasfeeding on linear growth infants which is stunting birth length in Bandar Lampung city. A quantitative study with prospective cohort design was carried out for 3 months. A number of 179 mother who has stunted birth length infants and breastfeeding practice from birth to six months were completed to follow up. Exclusive breasfeeding in Bandar Lampung city is still low (45.8%). Most of stunted infants with exclusive breasfeeding achieving normal linear growth (97.6%) up to six months of age. Linier growth of exclusively breast-fed infants is higher than those who are not exclusively breastfed either on normal growth or in infants who remain stunting at 6 months of age and girls grow better than boys. Growth faltering occurs during 4 – 5 months of age for those infants who were not breastfed exclusively and those who breastfed exclusively at 5 – 6 months of age. Growth pattern throughout 3 – 6 months of age were analyzed by logistic regression and plotted in curves compared to WHO standard. Exclusively breastfed infants had 3,58 times better in linier growth compared to formula fed infants. WHO will announce the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, but the use of hand sanitizer is likely to become a positive new habit. Frequent use of hand sanitizers can cause effects, including dry hands, and even some people experience allergies to the skin of their hands due to the high alcohol content. It is necessary to look for alternative natural ingredients that do not have side effects but still have effective benefits. The research method begins with the manufacture of ethanol extract and aqueous extract of Piper crocatum and Alpinia galanga. All extracts were made into 5%, 10%, 15%, 25%, and 50% and then into a liquid soaking carp meat pieces that had been put into a test tube. Positive control used alcohol and sterile aqua. The ethanol extract of Piper crocatum 50% and 25% and the ethanol extract of Alpinia galanga 50% and 25% which had the best antimicrobial ability on day 19. The phytochemical test results showed that the ethanol extract of Piper crocatum contained alkaloids, tannins, steroids, and titerpenoids. Phytochemical test of ethanol extract of Alpinia galanga contained flavonoids, tannins, steroids, and titerpenoids. In conclusion, the ethanolic extract of Piper crocatum 50% and then 25% had the best antimicrobial ability, followed by the ethanolic extract of Alpinia galanga 50% and 25%.
