However, non-line-of-sight (NLOS) propagation caused by human occlusion dramatically affects the accuracy of UWB-based indoor positioning. Most of the existing works focused on mitigating NLOS errors in the scenarios with building structure occlusion, but the NLOS mitigation under human occlusion has not been well addressed. To this end, this paper aims to mitigate the NLOS impact of human occlusion, and then proposes a method of NLOS mitigation to reduce NLOS ranging errors under human occlusion with low-cost UWB devices (i.e., NM-LUD). It takes a set of signal features extracted from low-cost devices as input, calculates their weights and mitigates the ranging error based on the features' weights. In dynamic database mining, whenever new data comes in, the entire database needs to be rescanned to update the acquired information, thus taking up a lot of time and resources in the process of maintaining and updating the discovered information. Based on this model, we analyze the impacts of channel characteristics, reception aperture, and other key system parameters on the fiber coupling efficiency of our considered systems. The numerical results validate the correctness of our model and analysis. Moreover, we show how fiber coupling efficiency can be improved by judiciously selecting the wavelength, coupling lens aperture, focal length, beam size, and the coherence. A reinforcement learning-based intelligent traffic signal control system can alleviate traffic congestion problems. However, when reinforcement learning faces complex multi-agent decision problems, it is difficult for single-agent reinforcement learning algorithms to realize the complex relationships among multiple agents. Therefore, integrating reinforcement learning with multi-agent techniques in multiple ways is becoming inevitable. Based on reinforcement learning, multi-agents obtain optimal regional strategies through continuous interaction and improvement. This paper proposes a new approach to regional intelligent traffic signal control combining multi-agent techniques and deep reinforcement learning. The method effectively reduces the average trip waiting time (ATWT) and the total waiting queue length (TWQL) of vehicles in the region while performing better on the reward function compared to the deep Q network (DQN) algorithm. We use a dataset of images of individuals wearing masks and not wearing masks to train and test the models. We evaluate the models based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score metrics. Our results show that automatic machine learning models achieve similar or slightly better performance than traditional machine learning models but at the cost of longer training time. This study's results can help practitioners select the appropriate model for facial mask recognition based on the trade-off between accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, this study provides insights into the potential of automatic machine learning models in computer vision tasks, specifically in facial mask recognition. The ECL has some different manifestation forms. The various manifestation forms can be mathematically expressed in terms of the corresponding energy theorems. The various energy theorems govern the energy utilization mechanisms of the corresponding physical phenomena. This paper simply reviews some important electromagnetic energy theorems, such as the entire-structure-oriented work-energy theorem (ES-WET), the partial-structure-oriented work-energy theorem (PS-WET), the energy transport theorem (ETT), the Poynting theorem, the Rayleigh-Carson reciprocity theorem (RT), the Rumsey RT, the Lorentz RT, and the Parseval theorem. The ES-WET governs the energy-scattering phenomenon; the PS-WET governs the lumped-port-driven energy-transmitting phenomenon; the ETT governs the wave-port-fed energy-transmitting phenomenon; the Poynting theorem governs the energy-absorbing phenomenon; the RTs govern the energy-coupling phenomenon; the Parseval theorem guarantees the energy invariance in the time domain, frequency domain, and spectrum domain. Frequency divider as an important module of PLL, its performance will directly affect the whole PLL noise. In this paper, we investigate the sum-DoF upper bound of three-user MISO broadcast channel with two transmit antennas and mixed CSIT. By exploiting genie-aided signaling and extremal inequalities, we derive the sum-DoF upper bound as (1 - 0:)3/2+ 90:/4, which is at most 12.5% larger than the expected sum-DoF, given by (1 - 0:) 3/2 + 20:. To address this problem, this paper proposes a synchronous decryption scheme for real-time voice encrypted communication based on frame ID. On the basis of the frame-by-frame encryption and decryption of voice data, a voice frame format with good error correction capability and satisfying the coding length is designed according to the error characteristics of waveform symbol mapping method, and the frame ID and frame pattern are obtained and confirmed by the voice frame determination algorithm for simultaneous decryption. It is used to perform dangerous or unsuitable for manual operations. USV contains complex types of electronic equipment. It causes worse electromagnetic environment. In order to reveal the relationship between cable harness layout and electromagnetic compatibility in USV, this paper propose a regression prediction model based on Lightgbm. A physical model is established for crosstalk between parallel transmission lines in metal confined spaces in USV. The above model is trained by parameters such as the distance between the cable bundles, the height from the ground, the voltage of the interference source. The accuracy of the prediction model is verified by comparing various prediction models. It can be found that comparing with BP neural network model and the decision tree model, the prediction model based on LIGHTGBM have a higher accuracy. The accuracy reaches 99%, the MSE reaches 10e-6, and the MAPE reaches 0.312.
