Low emissivity and moving surface are the main difficulty of temperature measurement in this kind of devices. In the paper the real-size induction heated rotating steel cylinder has been described. The influence of emissivity varying for temperature readings has been described and the methods of reduction disadvantageous phenomenon has been proposed.","PeriodicalId":265845,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Perspective Technologies and Methods in MEMS Design","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-05-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121744987","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This approach employs the dyadic Green's functions for a grounded multi-layer dielectric configuration and can be used on a single or multi-layer dielectric with or without superstrate. The method of moments is used for numerical solving the received equation. Elements of respective impedance matrix are calculated by combination of analytical and numerical integration. The characteristic network parameters of structure are determined on the know matrix elements.","PeriodicalId":265845,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Perspective Technologies and Methods in MEMS Design","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-05-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114778743","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
