Sanogenic thinking refers to unconventional methods and methods, and the prob- lem of its formation is still relevant today. The article contains information on scientific research on the formation and development of sanogenic thinking. Timiryasov, the author reveals the advantage of combining systematic and situational management approaches, proves that such a symbio- sis is necessary when working with older teenagers who pass through a difficult period of their development during their college years. One of these problems, involving the integration of intellectual, scientific, methodological, personnel, program-informational, reputational resources of general and higher education, is the achievement of meta-subject educational results by schoolchildren. In this regard, an infrastructure project was developed and implemented, which rallied the interested participants in the educational process. The main methods of interaction between teachers and school leaders with teachers of a pedagogical university were project and process consulting.
