To answer these questions on which the problem is centered around, the following scientific hypotheses were put forward: - There is a statistically significant relationship between changing the organization's culture and increasing the efficiency of organizations, as well as the existence of a statistically significant relationship between changing technology in the organization and increasing the efficiency of organizations. Methods: The descriptive and analytical approach was used to describe the phenomenon under study, and the questionnaire was used to collect various data. The questionnaire was distributed to the sample members who numbered (55) employees to conduct the statistical analysis for this study, through the program used for the statistical analysis of social sciences, the hypotheses were tested by Median and chi-square. Finding: inflating the culture of the departments and divisions of the company, the stagnation and inflexibility of the society's culture, and the inadequacy of that culture to the requirements of work within the community, which led to an overlap in the powers and responsibilities? The most important recommendations: The necessity of changing the organizational structure to comply with the requirements of work, after carefully studying the internal and external environment, and for the change to take place based on the recommendations of specialists in administrative sciences. So that it is not random and does not lead to an inflation of the organizational structure without success. Value: The importance of the study stems from the fact that it addresses an important topic in business administration, which is managing change in organizations, which is the only way for these organizations to develop and continue to exist. It also studies the reality of change management in the DAL Dairy Factory - Sudan.","PeriodicalId":264194,"journal":{"name":"Research in World Economy","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121214800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This leaves the Palestinian authorities unable to pay for salaries and other needed money to spend on the infrastructure, education, health, and other services. The main aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the budget deficit and some indicators, gross domestic product, balance of trade, inflation rate, unemployment rate, and current account, using ordinary least square and ARMA methods for collected quarterly data for the years 2000-2018, and applying the data to a number of other tests such as unit roots test, Johansen cointegration test, normal distribution test, heteroskedasticity test, Breusch-Pagan-Godfrey, variance inflation factors, etcetera, using Eviews10 program. The study’s main findings showed a long-run cointegration relationship between the budget deficit and the independent variables included in the study. The gross domestic product, balance of trade, and unemployment rate have a significant negative relationship with the budget deficit, while the remaining variables, inflation rate and current account, have a significant positive relationship with budget deficit.","PeriodicalId":264194,"journal":{"name":"Research in World Economy","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121506019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The supply and use tables (SUTs) seem to be substituted for the IOT, although there has not been a complete guiding to SUTs to IOT conversion. Originally in 1968 SNA, SUTs was called make and use matrices as an intermediate step to compile IOT. However, 1993 and 2008 SNA seem to replace IOT with SUTs, of which regulations make it difficult to convert from SUTs to IOT such as regulation on the size of supply and use tables and regulation on the prices of the intermediate input matrix. Some countries use computable general equilibrium (CGE) model, while others use both the CGE model and input-output analysis, so they need to convert SUTs into symmetric input-output tables (SIOTs). The construction of SIOTs is a controversial issue as regards the choice of model to construct both product-by-product and industry-by-industry SIOTs. This paper discusses the SUTs given in 1968, 1993, 2008 SNA, and the method for converting SUTs to SIOTs. Although there have been several articles on how to convert SUTs into SIOTs, this article is an effort to provide an easier, more understandable way to convert SUTs to SIOTs based on the arrangement of supply and use matrices.","PeriodicalId":264194,"journal":{"name":"Research in World Economy","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117035083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to understand the cooperative banking customer’s perspective and their relative significance, thirty three service quality dimensions are considered and deeply analysed. In addition, Questionnaire of Customer Perceives Service Quality (CPSQ) is also collected and implemented. Here, the necessary data is collected in the months of November 2019 and January 2020 respectively by using convenience sampling method. The data is collected from the state of Utter Pradesh, India. The reason behind choosing Utter Pradesh is, it agriculturally strong and has higher population (around 20 Crores) in India. Here, to prioritise the CPSQ scale, we have used Relative to an Identified Distribution (RIDIT) & Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and later we also compared the results to check the reliability of these ranking methods. To perform this prioritization we have used seven factors such as Efficiency (EFF); Infrastructure (INF); Effectivenes (EFT); Timely Services (TMS); Bank Image (BIG); Safety & Security (SS) and Up to date technology (UDT). Later, GRA and RIDIT analysis are also conducted to distinguish the prioritization of service quality items. The present study and analysis helps to validate the cooperative banks service quality in general by ranking the service quality dimensions, which are specifically important in Indian banking sector to improve and enhance its quality. Finally, the obtained results shows that, it is apparent that managers of cooperative banks in Indian scenario must focus more on cooperative bank quality dimensions to improve the reliability of their customer’s perception of cooperative banking in terms of better performance and service quality.","PeriodicalId":264194,"journal":{"name":"Research in World Economy","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122758729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research methods include country case study analysis of macroeconomic indicators and an empirical analysis, to determine whether political instability plays a significant and important role in the different dimensions of economic growth measured by the Human Development Index, Gross Domestic Product GDP, and gross fixed capital formation. Findings prove a significant negative relationship between political instability and economic growth statistically and economically. Recommendations highlight the importance of transmission channels that enforce the significant negative relationship between political instability and economic development.","PeriodicalId":264194,"journal":{"name":"Research in World Economy","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128604970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It not only leads to great human loss but unbearable economic loss also. In order to understand the nature & severity of COVID- 19, emerged in the year 2019 in the Wuhan city of China we have studied the great pandemics occurred in 20th century i.e., influenza outbreak in 1918, 1957 and 1968 1918. The objective of this paper was to understand the severity, mitigating strategies and impact of COVID- 19 on the wellbeing of the society. A review research method was followed to collect the information regarding previous pandemic occurred and the prevailing situation of the society. It is being studied that, alike previous pandemics, this pandemic also leads to great human and economic losses all over the world. Transmission rate was so high that in few weeks it covers a large area under its impact. Similar mathematical model SIR (Susceptible- Infectious- Recovered) of transmission used in 20th century was used to understand the transmission process of COVID- 19. As far as mitigating strategies are concerned, it is being observed that similar strategies like travel restrictions, social distancing, home quarantine, school & workplace closure which were used to control influenza pandemics were used to control the current situation. Recommendations were made on the basis of steps taken by the government in order to help the society.","PeriodicalId":264194,"journal":{"name":"Research in World Economy","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127305967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, one of the most challenges in Value for money (VFM) assessment is uncertainty in inputs, which lead to imprecise output computation. To solve this issue, some practical studies suggest Monte Carlo Simulations (MCS) as a tool to support quantitative Value for money assessment to achieve reliable outcome estimation. Although many international researches focus on quantitative VFM analysis with the use of MCS, few Vietnamese studies conduct this issue. This research illustrates the application of MCS to support quantitative VFM assessment of PPP projects in Vietnam.
