价值评估是比较公私合作(PPP)项目与传统政府采购项目价值的重要方法。然而,在物有所值(VFM)评估中,最大的挑战之一是输入的不确定性,这导致输出计算不精确。为了解决这一问题,一些实践研究建议蒙特卡罗模拟(MCS)作为一种工具来支持量化的货币价值评估,以实现可靠的结果估计。虽然国际上许多研究都集中在使用MCS进行VFM定量分析,但越南的研究很少涉及这一问题。本研究说明了MCS在越南PPP项目量化VFM评估中的应用。以越南某交通项目为例,对该模型进行了验证。
