At the same time, a number of problems remain (vacuum energy, divergence in local interaction, the physical meaning of the fine structure constant) that cannot be resolved within the framework of this theory. Therefore, an urgent task is to develop alternative mathematical models that can be additionally used to study the radiation process in microsystems. In this work, to model the radiation process in microsystems, Markov processes with continuous time and discrete states are used. The mathematical model is based on Heisenberg's uncertainty principles and conservation laws. The main mathematical tools are Kolmogorov graphs and their corresponding systems of equations. The key idea is that the phase space of a particle is discrete. The model of the discrete phase space is distinguished by its comparative simplicity and efficiency, and allows applying the well-developed theory of Markov processes to the phenomena under study. The scale of the model and its discrete structure make it possible to avoid irremovable singularities. The article presents: an original physical interpretation of the fine structure constant, a stochastic analogue of the redshift law and the magnitude of the Schwarzschild gravitational radius, a stochastic interpretation of the fine structure constant of the gravitational field is proposed. Particularly bulk of this traffic includes complex, unstructured and varied data (Big Data) evolve from smart networking ecosystems (LTE-devices, NB-IoT devices). Although 5G offers many low power wide area technologies (Lora WAN, GSM and NB-IoT etc.), principally NB-IoT seems very promising addressing the problem because of its certain characteristics like high fault tolerance, delay tolerance, higher coverage area etc. However, due to the limited bandwidth (180 kHz) availability one of the challenges is how to efficiently use these resources to support and handle massive number of growing IoT devices, also resource management and allocation methodology between LTE and NB-IoT traffic flows. In this context, several key issues for IoT communications in 5G networks should be addressed to satisfy quality of service (QoS) provisioning. In this paper, we proposed a mathematical model for Operator Surveillance systems for sharing radio resources between LTE and NB-IoT. The model utilizes the technique of network slicing for resource management. Currently, on the inland waterways of Russia, alerts on the integrity of the GLONASS global navigation satellite system (GNSS) are transmitted through river local differential subsystems (LDSS), which include one or more reference stations. Industrial interference from industrial zones and power lines, mutual interference from neighboring reference stations and, especially, the inhomogeneity of the underlying surface affect the range of the reference stations, which leads to the integrity breach of the differential field and transmission of unreliable corrective information to the navigator. However, the navigator is not notified of the incorrect operation of the reference stations. As a result, inaccurate corrective information leads to errors in calculating the vessel position, which reduces the level of navigation safety. A method for the automatic transmission of notifications about the LDSS integrity breach from a remote control and management station (RCMS) to the ship is presented in the paper. The structure of the message transmitting the notification signal has been formed. Criteria characterizing the quality of the differential correction signal are presented. Possible combinations of such criteria, which determine the performance of the differential mode of the reference station, are identified. Each combination of criteria is juxtaposed the corresponding notification texts displayed on the monitors of the LDSS operators and on the navigator’s display. A scheme for the automatic transmission of an alarm message from a remote control point through the RCMS, the regional command and control center, the vessel traffic control center and base stations of the automatic identification system (AIS) to ship transponders has been developed. Hodataev","doi":"10.36724/2072-8735-2021-15-12-4-10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36724/2072-8735-2021-15-12-4-10","url":null,"abstract":"On the basis of the analysis of the errors of the monopulse method of direction finding of the target of a radar station with a digital antenna array, a group of errors associated with fluctuations of the equisignal direction when scanning the beam of the antenna system, as well as with the non-identical shape of the generated beams of the monopulse group, was separated into a special cluster. This circumstance is especially critical for large-aperture radars with phased array with electric scanning, where the number of formed receiving beams is significant, in addition, the coordinates of the target usually do not coincide with the coordinate planes along which the coordinates are measured. The nonlinearity of this problem requires unique approaches and solutions. The classical formulation of the problem is associated with obtaining an estimate of the radiation vector of the entire antenna array from the known measured vector of complex signals at the output of the antenna array at a fixed time. To solve this problem and determine the decision rule, a neural network approach was used, while the neural network was trained according to the criterion of the minimum of the selected objective function. The substantiation of increasing the accuracy of measurements of angular coordinates in monopulse systems with scanning digital phased antenna arrays based on the use of neural networks in the process of radar data processing without the formation of direction finding characteristics is given. The results of modeling the characteristics of the antenna array (using the example of a flat antenna array with a dimension of 30 by 30 emitters) under the conditions adopted in the model of the antenna array of assumptions when implementing the classical and original methods are shown using examples of the surfaces of the variances of errors in measuring angular coordinates by the monopulse method in a rectangular spatial domain, which showed reduction of error and expansion of the measurement area. The increase in the regularity of pace of the production process is directly related to the assessment of the unevenness of car traffic volumes. The ability to predict the unevenness of the transport process, as well as uneven loading with the establishment of relevant indicators is a key issue in the regularity of pace of transport operation. The presented article analyzes the structure of time series of fluctuations in car traffic volumes at the railway division points in order to further build a model for predicting fluctuations in car traffic volumes and, in the future, loading cargo to the ports of the Far East. This methodology is based on the analysis of the structure of time series of fluctuations in car traffic volumes handed over at the railway division points and moving further towards seaports with the subsequent construction of a mathematical model of cargo loading, on the basis of which it will subsequently be possible to predict the loading for the coming year. The presented work considers an analysis of the structure of time series of fluctuations in car traffic volumes and proposes models for the subsequent construction of a prediction. It also applies a systemic approach to solving the problem of predicting the car traffic volume. The proposed tools make it possible to develop prediction models to assess the seasonal unevenness of cargo loading in the direction of seaports. All this will contribute to the improvement of logistics planning of transportation and will give a further impetus to the development of the industry. The whole range of activities consists in the possibility of constructing predictive models for the production unit of the Russian Railways holding. Obviously, under otherwise equal conditions the car user will choose free parking, but this will lead to an increase in the time to find a parking space. Therefore, paying for parking is beneficial for people who have a higher their value of time. Paid parking operator determine the size of the parking fee - if the price is low enough, all parking spaces will be occupied and there will be problems with parking, in addition, there will be lost profits. Lost profits will also occur if the price is high enough, because if the price goes up, fewer car users will be ready to use paid parking services. The city authorities' task is to determine part of the land which should be allocated for paid parking on the understanding that the rest of the land goes to free parking. The paid parking owners' task is to determine the optimal price in order to maximize the profit. Car users choose parking based on their value of time. A mathematical model was built with three types of participants: car users, municipal authorities and parking operators. The strategy of the passenger is the choice of parking, the goal is to minimize the cost and time. The strategy of the municipality is the allocation of territory for parking, the goal is similar to the goals of passengers. Parking operator with the strategy \"parking price\" achieves to maximize profit. The interaction of the participants is described within the framework of game theory, the objective functions of the players are considered, and the existence of the Nash equilibrium is proved. Numerical examples are considered, options for the development of the presented model are described. Anomalous traffic means traffic that contains malicious software that implements an attacking effect on the nodes of the Internet of Things. Timely detection of abnormal traffic contributes to the preservation of the service life and, accordingly, the performance of the services provided by the Internet of Things. The subject of this research is the application of metric characteristics to detect abnormal traffic in the Internet of Things networks. The aim of the work is to propose a system of metrics that allow registering signatures of individual sensor devices or patterns of their behavior and assessing the mode of operation of individual network segments. Since the Internet of Things is built on a hierarchical basis - from a wireless sensor network to a global network, the attack detection system covers all levels - from a sensor device to a global cloud. Detection of abnormal traffic both in the wireless sensor network and at the level of wired networks - local and global - is implemented using metrics. A metric is a qualitative or quantitative indicator that reflects one or another characteristic of the functioning of an infocommunication network. Analysis of the sources showed the lack of systematization of metric characteristics for the Internet of Things networks. Research findings include: a description of the elements that make up the IoT ecosystem; layered model of the architecture of the Internet of things; an abnormal traffic detection metrics system containing a wide range of predictive, diagnostic and retrospective metrics. The process of our research is limited only to the case of fire. Taking into account the fact that the data in the fire-extinguishing card does not always coincide with the state of the object where the fire occurred and the unpredictability of the direction of fire propagation, the decision-maker in this situation will organize work to obtain reliable information. These features allow us to consider the object where the fire occurred as a complex system. In this case, the main difficulty of information and analytical support for operational groups, as a management entity, is that at the first stage, the decision-maker in the operational group, without having complete reliable information, organizes its clarification. With the correct organization of their work, the task force ensures maximum efficiency of using the units of the Ministry of emergencies of Russia, when solving their combat tasks. At the same time, it can collect information about an emergency when it receives a notification of its occurrence, as well as on the way of the operational units to the specified area. The issues that determine the development of documents in different periods of the operational situation are considered, and the actions of the decision-maker in the operational group during fire extinguishing are highlighted separately. In this mathematical model, in which the transition of the system from the state of “fire occurrence” to the state of “fire extinguished” is modeled, the properties of a continuous Markov process are used. However, at present, the ICAO does not recommend the use of the ADS-B as the main means of observation, since confirmation of the accuracy of the received coordinate information is required. The article presents a method of algorithmic confirmation of the ADS-B data, while providing flights in the aerodrome traffic zone. It is suggested to use method of the gating to estimate the fidelity of the ADS-B data by selecting the area of space around he extrapolated coordinate of the aircraft. According to the required flight procedure, request of the enhanced surveillance a Mode S is transmitted to the aircraft. On the coordinates of assigned track, according to the maneuvering scheme, aircraft trajectory is built, relative to which the calculation of location errors is performed. Estimation of the mathematical expectation and the mean square deviation of the location error is performed for different levels of reliability. Based on the size of the gate area, a check is performed for compliance of the obtained interval estimates with the data validity condition. The check is performed sequentially for reliability levels 0.9, 0.95, and 0.999. On exit the values of estimate of the error beyond the limit of tolerance for a target level of reliability, information about the unreliability of the received data is displayed, which allows to detect large deviations of the measured coordinates for a smaller number of observations. When performing imitation modelling for the obtained data were set various inaccuracy values: the mathematical expectation from 10 to 48 m and the mean square deviation from 20 to 100 m. The error estimation for the reliability level of 0.999 required from 5 to 22 observations, which corresponds to a time interval of 3 to 11 s real time. One of the important scientific directions in the development of the theory is the study of changes in information in complex systems. To date, an urgent task is the development of multilevel mathematical models of the dynamics of the transition of a macroscopic system to a new phase state, based on the analysis of changes in Shannon information. The paper proposes a discrete model of the phase transition at the microscopic level. The discrete phase transition model differs from the models used in the Landau and Frenkel theory by a smaller scale, which leads to a greater dependence on random factors. The model is based on the theory of Markov processes and the principle of maximum information or information entropy. The main mathematical apparatus is the Kolmogorov equations. For clarity, Kolmogorov graphs are used. Work results. A stochastic model of the phase transition at the microlevel is constructed. The model remains adequate both near the phase transition point and far from it. An estimate of the intensity of the evolution of the entropy of the system is given. The dynamics of phase change during transitions of the first and second order is obtained. Conditions for phase equilibrium are obtained for phase transitions of the first and second kind. A stochastic interpretation of the phenomenon of hysteresis at the microscopic level is given. The results obtained are in accordance with the principles of Landau and Frenkel's theory.
