Another problem that arises if exclusive breastfeeding coverage is inadequate is nutritional problems and this causes stunting. Efforts made to increase mother’s knowledge about increasing breast milk boosters, where these local plants are Moringa leaves and Kepok banana blossoms. The aim of implementing this educational activity is to change the knowledge of educational participants about the use of local plants as breast milk boosters. The activity will be carried out on October 18, 2023 where the increase in knowledge can be seen from pre-test, given education using prepared materials, and continued post-test. This activity was attended by 22 breasfeeding mothers who have children in Rindu Hati Village, Taba Penanjung District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The evalution result during the activity showed that the participants were very enthusiastic and had active discussions. There was an increase in knowledge of breastfeeding mothers after aducation was conducted about the use of local plants as breast milk boosters in Rindu Hati Village. The location of the Tirtosari village is close to the Final Garbage Shelter (TPAS), so it was found that many mosquitoes and sometimes the smell of garbage enters residential areas. Garbage bank activities at that location have been inactive for a long time, and this community service was carried out as an effort to revive waste bank activities in Tirtosari Village. Lack of knowledge from PKK mothers, the perception that the house is dirty because of hoarding trash and reluctance to collect and sort waste are the problems faced by Servants. Community service activities which include counseling on waste management by the Village Garbage Bank Team and waste bank activities (collection, sorting, depositing, weighing and recording waste) are carried out smoothly. Even though the visit target was not met (only 22 of the 44 women who were planned to attend), this activity was able to increase waste bank visits (from 7 mothers to 20 mothers) who participated in waste bank activities. According to the Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) results in 2018, data indicates an increase in non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and stroke among the elderly. The aging process in the elderly leads to a decline in physiological body functions, resulting in the emergence of non-communicable diseases in old age. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge of the elderly about chronic diseases (hypertension and type II diabetes) through a psycho-educational approach. The educational methods employed include lectures, counseling, and discussions. This activity took place on Friday, September 8, 2023, and was attended by 32 elderly individuals at the Tamalanrea Community Health Center who participated voluntarily. Based on observations, the majority of the elderly demonstrated good knowledge about chronic diseases after the question-and-answer sessions and discussions between the speakers and participants. Yang dinama angka Buang Air Sembarangan (BABS) di sungai hampir 95%. Sehingga dengan begitu juga angka kejadian penyakit yang disebabkan oleh air juga tinggi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan oengabdian kepada masyarakat ialah sosialisasi pelatihan pembuatan tripikon kemudian diakhiri dengan pemasangan tripikon di tempat yang telah disepakati bersama mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ialah berdasarkan hasil pre-test nilai rerata tingkat pengetahuan peserta tentang tripikon dan manfaatny sebesar 65 dengan nilai maksimum adalah 75. Dan nilai minimum adalah 45, kemudian dilakukannya sosialisasi serta pelatihan pembuatan tripikon setelah diberikan intervensi dilakukan post-test menjadi 87 dengan nilai maksimum adalah 100 dan nilai minimum 76. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rerata skor pengetahuan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan serta pelatihan pembuatan tripikon. This disease first broke out in Wuhan, China and then spread to almost the entire world and caused a global pandemic. Main symptoms. Covid-19 includes cough, fever and shortness of breath. This disease attacks all age groups: adults, the elderly, and children. Coastal communities need to get easy-to-understand education about Covid-19 and ways to prevent it. This is the basis for the community service team for the professional study program Ners Stikes Hang Tuah Tanjungpinang to actively participate in efforts to prevent and control the Covid-19 virus by providing counseling or outreach about Covid-19 and its prevention efforts to coastal communities on the Nyirih River. The results obtained were 115 people with elementary education background 86 people (75.6%), infected with Covid-19 10 people (8.6%) positive antigen, cormobid hypertension 28 people (24.3%), cormobid DM 12 people (10 .4%) who have hyperglycemia blood glucose levels. The topic was raised to provide education delivery to respondents with formal education and is expected to have a positive impact on the surrounding location. The topic also supports the program of the Central Board of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (PP-IAI). This activity was carried out by making 10 questions designed that referred to the theme and topic of the activity consisting of pre-test and post-test, the next data was carried out through statistical tests using Paired T-tests. Tangible differences were obtained in respondents who received educational exposure (P<0.05). With data on 23 respondents, There is an increase in the educational value of respondents on community service materials. These results also confirm the understanding of the material educational theme of drug logos, dagusibu, and Beyorn Use Date (BUD) provided to respondents. In the Health examination, information was obtained, the respondents suffered from health problems as evidenced by the results of health checks, especially on blood pressure.
