At the Panti, the elderly is assisted by nurses and officers in each room. The ratio of the number of officers to elderly is 1:20. This makes the officers unable to pay attention to the elderly one by one and follow the elderly who are at risk of falling wherever their elderly go. For this reason, nurses and officers need to be given an explanation about the risk of falling in the elderly and the treatment that can be done. Activities carried out in the form of socialization regarding nursing care for the elderly who are at risk of filling out a fall risk assessment in the elderly using power point and a fall risk assessment sheet. This community service activity was attended by 15 elderly companions at PSTW. This service aimed to provide education to the public on how to prevent diarrhea and manage diarrhea by using guava leaf tea. This Education has been done on August 5, 2022 at RT 07 Legok Village, Jambi City. The series of service activities are as follows: 1). The pretest which was carried out before the implementation of the counseling was carried out precisely at 16.00 WIB (for 5 minutes) 2). Providing education about the prevention and treatment of diarrhea by conducting discussions and demonstrations on making guava leaf tea for 30 minutes (25 minutes for education and 5 minutes for questions and answers). and 3)., 3). Post test, carried out 5 minutes after the implementation of education. The result of this activity was an increase in knowledge about diarrhea and its handling using guava leaf tea from the average knowledge before service was carried out of 6.7 increased to 8.6 after education and demonstrations were carried out. Data from the Banjarmasin City Health Office in 2020 there were 98 cases of breast cancer in 2020 and 31 deaths. The target of the education is the mothers of Gang Punawirawan, Pelambuan village, Banjarmasin with a population of 250 families where 90 women are adults and there is 1 case of death due to breast cancer and many mothers and cadres do not know SADARI. The purpose of this community service is for cadres and mothers to understand and be able to carry out SADARI to remind breast cancer prevention.Targets and outcomes of this service, there is an increase in understanding and skills about breast cancer and early detection of cancer by SADARI. The outputs are Scientific Publications in Journals with ISSN/Proceedings, Youtube publications, and teaching materials in the form of dictation. The method of implementing this activity is in the form of pretest, breast cancer counseling, BSE training and posttest.The final result of the implementation of this activity is an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills about breast cancer, this can be seen from the comparison between the average pretest and posttest scores. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers of toddlers. The implementation method for this activity includes the preparation and evaluation stages. At the preparatory stage, socialization was carried out to mothers who have toddlers and then identified malnourished toddlers by weighing and measuring height, then asking permission for assistance and observing. Based on Riskesdas 2018 data, there was an increase in hypertension cases by 34.1%, especially in the elderly group, and for Muaro Jambi district, especially Muaro Kumpeh district, it is the no. 2 disease after ARI. Hypertension is nicknamed the Silent killer because it does not show symptoms, so it is necessary to carry out treatment to control hypertension and prevent complications early. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase understanding for the elderly about hypertension and things that can aggravate the condition of hypertension, the importance of obedient behavior and complementary therapy, namely progressive muscle relaxation techniques to control and control hypertension. The implementation of the activity begins with a pre-test, giving material, demonstration of progressive muscle relaxation techniques, post test and ends with a blood pressure check. The result of this activity is that the elderly's knowledge about the control and prevention of hypertension complications was obtained by most of the elderly's knowledge lacking (57.2%) before the activity and the majority of the elderly's knowledge was good (45.7%) after health education activities. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of pregnant women about the use of Foot bath Therapy with Salt and Aromatherapy in pregnancy. The target of this activity is carried out on pregnant women in the second and third trimesters. the activity is start from pre-test implementation, providing education by giving leaflets, demonstration of Foot bath Therapy with Salt and Aromatherapy and post-test implementation. The results explain that there is an increase in knowledge of 41.25%. Seeing that the impact of this disease is very dangerous, prevention efforts are needed to overcome this problem, one of which is by expanding the scope of health information targets. Where the target coverage does not only focus on women of childbearing age who are married or have had sexual relations but also broaden the target to young women. Women's lack of understanding about this disease can allow them to carry out risky behaviors that can increase the risk of cervical cancer. Therefore, it is necessary to have health education activities to increase the knowledge of young women about cervical cancer and its prevention efforts. Community service activities are carried out at MAN 2 Jakarta. The target of this activity is female students/teenagers. The extension method used is lecture and question and answer discussion. One of the efforts to reduce the incidence of dengue fever in schools is to increase students' knowledge regarding the prevention of dengue transmission. Health education is able to provide and improve the knowledge, attitudes, practices of both individuals and communities in maintaining and improving their own health. The purpose of this study was to increase students' knowledge about preventing dengue transmission in the school. The implementation method is to use the lecture and discussion method. Community service is carried out on students at SDN 1 Kekeri, West Lombok Regency. The number of respondents involved as many as 40 people. Evaluation of activities using the questionnaire given at the pre and end post test. The results of the activity showed that knowledge about the prevention of dengue disease was increased.
