The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR) applied to Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Garoga in the 2018/2019 academic year with a total of 18 students consisting of 10 male students and 8 female students. Data collection techniques with test techniques, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was processed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that learning Christian Religious Education with the Buzz Group Discussion model in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Garoga in the 2018/2019 academic year was able to improve student learning achievement. The increase in learning outcomes in the pre-cycle with an average of 58.00, increased in the first cycle to 64.80 and in the last cycle to 74.80, while the number of students who completed was 3 students or 12.00% of the 25 students in the initial condition. , became 14 students or 56.00% and 24 students or 96.00% in the last cycle. This study aims to improve Civics learning outcomes with the brainstorming method for students with the help of graphic image media. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which consists of three cycles with the research subjects being fifth graders at SDN Montong Gamang. The instrument in this study consisted of daily test questions and teacher and student observation sheets. Data collection techniques in this study are observation techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used the average and percentage analysis formula. The results showed an improvement from each cycle. This can be seen from the teacher's activity which has increased at each meeting from only 62.5% at the 1st meeting of the first cycle to 91.7% at the 6th meeting of the third cycle. Student activity increased at each meeting from only 58.3% at the first meeting of the first cycle to 87.5% at the 6th meeting of the third cycle. Based on this background, the purpose of this research is to improve critical thinking skills and learning outcomes through the Discovery Learning Model. The type of research used is CAR which is carried out in 2 cycles. Data collection instruments include tests in the form of test questions to measure the level of achievement of learning outcomes and non-tests in the form of task assessment rubrics to measure students' critical thinking levels. Data analysis in this study is a comparative descriptive analysis. The critical thinking ability of students in the very high category in the first cycle was only 19.35% increased in the second cycle to 61.29%, the learning outcomes of students who completed the first cycle were only 35.48% and increased in the second cycle to 80.65% . Hasil ini menunjukkan kenaikan skor 16,6. Berdasarkan perhitungan ketuntasan klasikal, siswa yang lulus pada siklus I sebesar 53,33% dan siklus II 93,33%, yang menunjukkan kenaikan secara signifikan sebesar 40%. This research was conducted through two cycles. The type of research carried out is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with data collection techniques through learning outcomes test sheets. The data analysis technique used descriptive technique. The subjects in this study were grade 7B students of SMP Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Google Classroom application can improve student learning processes and outcomes. The average increase in student learning outcomes has increased from 55.00 in the initial conditions, to 66.88 in the first cycle, and at the end of the second cycle to 78.44 with the level of mastery learning which also increases in each cycle, namely 10 students ( 31.25%) in the initial condition, to 53.46% or 17 students, and in the last cycle to 87.50% or 28 students. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the use of the Google Classroom application is proven to be able to improve the process and learning outcomes of social arithmetic material for 7B grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Siborongborong. Peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 55,00 pada kondisi awal, menjadi 66,88 pada siklus pertama, dan pada akhir siklus kedua menjadi 78,44 dengan tingkat ketuntasan belajar yang juga meningkat pada setiap siklusnya, yaitu 10 orang siswa (31,25%) pada kondisi awal, menjadi 53,46% atau 17 siswa, dan pada siklus terakhir menjadi 87,50% atau 28 siswa. The benefit of this research for schools and teachers is to have teachers who are skilled in compiling items. The research was conducted using the school action research method, which consisted of two cycles. The steps in each cycle consist of planning (planning), action (acting), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). The technique of collecting data is through observation by using an assessment scale tool (check list) to observe the discussion process about the teacher's ability to arrange items. Data validation in this school action research (PTS) uses member check, triangulation, and audit trail. How to analyze the data using descriptive qualitative analysis based on the results of observations and reflections. The results obtained prove that with the implementation of focus group discussions (FGD) in compiling items there is an increase in teacher ability assessed from the observation of activities in discussion activities using 48.75 in the LESS criteria, to 69.58 in the ENOUGH criteria and in the last cycle to 89 ,17 in GOOD criteria. Dari hasil observasi awal yang guru lakukan, diperoleh 1 indikator untuk kriteria cukup atau sebesar 3,70% dari 27 indikator yang ada dan 27 indikator untuk kriteria rendah atau sebesar 96,30% dari 27 indikator yang ada dengan niali rata-rata 17,67% dan 24,42% nilai klasikal pada pre tes. Kemudian dilaksanakan tindakan pada siklus I dan terjadi peningkatan menjadi menjadi 1 indikator yang masuk kriteria tinggi atau sebesar 3,70 dari 27 indikator yang ada, 2 indikator untuk kriteria sedang sebesar 7,40% dari 27 indikator yang ada, 8 indikator untuk kriteria cukup atau sebesar 29,62% dari 27 indikator yang ada, dan 16 indikator untuk kriteria rendah atau sebesar 59,25% dari 27 indikator yang ada dengan nilai rata-rata 45,93% serta 74,60% untuk nilai klasikal yang diperoleh dari postes I. So we need a method to make it easier for students, namely mind mapping. Obtaining the results of increasing the ability to write expository texts through mind mapping is the goal of the research. MAN 1 Aceh Timur became the research site. A total of 18 students of class X MIA 1 in the academic year 2021/2022 became the subjects of the research. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a research design through four research steps, namely planning (plan), action (action), observation (observation) and reflection through two cycles. Tests and observations become instruments in research. Data analysis was carried out through a qualitative approach by calculating the class average value using the classical completeness percentage. Students who get a KKM score of 75 are declared complete. The results showed that the ability to write expository texts through mind mapping at MAN 1 Aceh Timur in the first cycle was 55.55%% or 10 students in the poor category. Meanwhile, after being given the second cycle, the results showed 100% or 18 students. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that students' ability to write expository texts through mind mapping could increase.\u0000ABSTRAKMenulis teks eksposisi belum memperoleh nilai yang maksimal sesuai dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal sekolah. Sehingga diperlukan suatu metode untuk memudahkan siswa yaitu dengan mind mapping. Memperoleh hasil peningkatan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi melalui mind mapping merupakan tujuan dari penelitian. MAN 1 Aceh Timur menjadi tempat penelitian. Sebanyak 18 siswa kelas X MIA 1 pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022 menjadi subjek dalam penelitian. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan desain penelitian melalui empat langkah penelitian yaitu perencanaan (plan), Tindakan (action), pengamatan (observasi) dan refleksi melalui dua siklus. Tes dan observasi menjadi instrument dalam penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata kelas menggunakan persentase ketuntasan secara klasikal. Siswa yang mendapatkan nilai KKM ?75 dinyatakan tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi melalului mind mapping di MAN 1 Aceh Timur pada siklus I sebesar 55,55%% atau 10 siswa dengan kategori kurang. Sedangkan setelah diberikan siklus II menunjukkan hasil sebesar 100% atau 18 siswa. The subjects of this school action research were 6 teachers at SD Negeri 173105 Tarutung which consisted of teachers from class I to class VI. This research lasted for three months, namely January 2020 s.d. April 2020. This School Action Research (PTS) procedure includes the following stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Data collection is done by: observation, and documentation. The data collection tools consist of the Learning Planning Tool Assessment Instrument, and the Learning Implementation Tool Assessment Instrument. In this study, the validity of the data was done by triangulation. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in the performance of teachers in preparing lesson plans before there was a performance assessment and after the performance assessment was carried out, namely from 50.30 in the less criteria, in the implementation of the first cycle it increased to 69.70 in the sufficient criteria and in the second cycle the score was 86. .67 in very good criteria, and the improvement of teacher performance in learning implementation activities before there is a performance assessment and after the performance assessment is carried out, namely from 49.00 in the less criteria, in the first cycle implementation it increases to 69.08 in the sufficient criteria and in the second cycle gets a value of 85.58 in good criteria. The impact of distance learning on the school literacy movement by reading 15 minutes before learning cannot be carried out optimally. Based on the results of initial observations, students' interest in reading and writing is low. So that teachers need to innovate learning in the implementation of the school literacy movement. The researcher innovated the application of the one student one literacy tree program with the help of the Literacy Cloud. This program aims to increase the interest in reading and writing of class VIC SD Negeri 22 Dauh Puri students. Because reading can open new horizons and world horizons and can foster a positive culture and national character values ??so that a golden generation is born with the profile of Pancasila students. Based on the results and data analysis of this study, it showed an increase in student interest in reading from the initial data in February of 42.11%. After implementing the One Student One Literacy Tree program with the help of literacy cloud so that in March it became 50.66%, in April 2022 it increased to 71.38% in the medium category and in May 2022 it increased to 81.74% in the high category. Sehingga guru perlu melakukan inovasi pembelajaran dalam pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah. Peneliti melakukan inovasi penerapan program satu murid satu pohon literasi dengan berbantuan Literacy Cloud. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan tulis murid kelas VIC SD Negeri 22 Dauh Puri. Karena membaca dapat membuka wawasan baru dan cakrawala dunia serta dapat menumbuhkan budaya positif dan nilai-nilai karakter bangsa sehingga lahir generasi emas yang berkarakter profil pelajar Pancasila. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis data penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat baca murid dari data awal pada bulan Pebruari sebesar 42,11%.
