This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the use of the zoom application and the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout the city of Bandung. This research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach to the type of correlation. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the use of the zoom application has a significant relationship with the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout the city of Bandung, with a significance value of 0.000. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.540 and is at a moderate level of strength. Sulhan","doi":"10.15575/isema.v7i1.14390","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15575/isema.v7i1.14390","url":null,"abstract":"Based on the results of the 2012 madrasah principal competency test, it shows that the competence of madrasah principals in Indonesia is 70% out of 250 thousand with test scores below 75. This indicates that madrasah principals in Indonesia are incompetent or weak in the areas of managerial and supervisory competence. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the managerial competence of the madrasah principal and the performance of the education staff in Madrasah Negeri in Bandung Regency. This study used a quantitative approach, and distributed questionnaires to 59 education staff respondents in Madrasah Negeri in Bandung Regency with a sample consisting of the entire population. The researcher then used a Likert scale model as primary data which was distributed by coming directly to the madrasa and some others by going through the google form. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, partial analysis, normality test, linearity test, correlation test, regression test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between the managerial competence of the madrasah principal and the performance of the education staff in State Madrasahs in Bandung Regency. The results showed that the correlation coefficient value was 0.466, this value was included in the correlation category 0.40 – 0.59 (medium), while the significance value was 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. School institutions, especially those that still really need interaction and socialization so that the school can be better known to the wider community and the students themselves. This study aims to design a school website for SMP Negeri 3 Tongkuno so that it can be used as a medium of information to students, teachers or the general public. The method used in this research is the waterfall development method. The development stage in this research begins with analyzing needs, designing, creating a school website, then applying and testing its effectiveness. Based on the results of the black box testing that has been carried out, it shows that the functional website of SMP Negeri 3 Tongkuno as a medium of information, is free from syntax errors and functions as it should. The results of these tests indicate that each menu contained on the school's website functions properly or in other words according to what is expected. This study is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study explore the importance of needs analysis, source analysis, and priority analysis in formulating policies for planning infrastructure in schools so that the procurement of infrastructure is right on target. In addition, the school management system also supports the key role of principals in managing face-to-face learning infrastructure and ensuring that the maintenance process can be accounted for. In addition, educators must continue developing skills that support competence. One of the skills that educators must have is pedagogic ability. Tadrib asatidz is one of the learning methods that can be used to develop skills. For the tadrib asatidz method to be successful, good management is needed. The purpose of the study was to examine the management of tadrib asatidz in developing pedagogic abilities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data was obtained utilizing in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were 83 educators at the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Tulungagung educational institution. The data analysis technique used data triangulation. The data collection techniques include reduction, data presentation, and synthesis withdrawal. The results showed that the management of tadrib asatidz in developing teachers' pedagogic abilities was carried out through the stages of planning (planner), implementation (implementation) and evaluation (evaluation). Blended learning is a learning method that combines face-to-face learning or classical learning with modern technology-based learning that is done online. This study method employed descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools used observation, interview and document studies. The results of this study reveal that there are three strategies for implementing online students’ orientation activities, and basically, the themes of the four-day students’ orientation activities at SDIT Ar Risalah and SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida are almost the same, namely introduction of teachers and staff, the school environment, character education, and the curriculum. The platform often used by SDIT Ar Risalah and SDIT Taqiyya Rosyida in implementing virtual students’ orientation activity is WhatsApp groups. It is used as a mean of coordination and initial communication between teachers, parents and students. This paper using correlation reseach method, this method interpreted as measuring to whether or not relationship between school marketing management as X variable  and number of new student as Y variable. As for the results of the study, it can be concluded that Ar-Rosidiyah's Student Perceptions about school marketing obtained an average value of 3.14. The number was included in the moderate qualification because it was in the 2.5-3.5 interval, the number of new students scored 3.07 with moderate qualification because it was in the interval 2.5-3.5. The results of the calculation of hypothesis testing show t count is 2.07 t table 1.71. Then the level of influence of the variables x and y is 40.5% and has a sufficient correlation. Hermawan","doi":"10.15575/isema.v7i1.14677","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15575/isema.v7i1.14677","url":null,"abstract":"This research is based on the existence of e-learning management that offers less solutions to the problems of the education world, causing learning to decline in the effectiveness of the pandemic.The problem is reflected in the madrasah aliyah city of bogor, which performs study based e-learning with an application e-learning madrasah and experiences a decline in learning effectiveness, such as the lack of interaction impact, the educators who do not empower the opticible e-learning system and other infrastructure management barriers. The purpose of this research is specifically to discuss the reality of the relation between learning management and learning effectiveness in state Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Bogor with quantitative research type descriptive method and using random samples with the slovin formula a significance level of 10% so that the number of research samples is 100 madrasah students.
