CT includes three dimensions: CT concept, CT practice and CT perspective. As a part of CT, the development of CT perspective can promote the growth of students ' connection ability, questioning ability and expression ability. CT perspective promotes the formation of computational identity through the internalization of concepts. At present, there are relatively few studies on the CT perspective. Based on this, this study proposes a design-based STEM + AI teaching model, aiming to create a combination of artificial intelligence and interdisciplinary to cultivate pupils ' CT perspective. In this study, a single group of pre-test and post-test experiments were conducted to test the CT perspective of students in third grade of a primary school in Wuhan. The research shows that the design-based STEM + AI teaching has significantly improved the expression ability and questioning ability of primary school students, but the improvement of connection ability is not significant. Universities need to pay attention to the reciprocity with cross-border cooperative organizations, the role of the subject and active adaptability, continuous changes and equilibrium points during the process of innovation and evolution. Taking Macao as an example, this study divides the development process of universities participating the international science and technology innovation center into a period of role-driven, a period of growth and change, and a period of active sharing by construction of critical and flipped mass game model of mutualistic development. In the early stage of the construction of the international science and technology innovation center, universities as supporters, linkers and sharers in the regional innovation process, promoting regional innovation through role-playing as participants. Based on the “innovation hub” and the enhanced version of the “triple helix” theory, universities should shift from “demand” to “supply” to meet the industrial upgrading in the innovation system, give full play to their characteristics and advantages, actively build science and technology innovation platforms and innovation transformation bases, and support the development of regional international science and technology innovation center as \" Proactive sharers\". Adult learners have specific characteristics that set them apart from traditional students, which demands scholars to adopt a particular perspective to study their motivation and relevant factors. This study argues that teachers’ curriculum competence and communication competence play a positive role in satisfying adult learners’ motivation in online foreign language learning. An empirical study was carried out, data were collected from 231 adult learners. Both the relations between teachers’ curriculum competence and adult learners’ motivation and between teachers’ communication competence and learners’ motivation were studied and compared by SPSS 27.0. As proved in this study, in online foreign language learning, teachers are expected to have desirable curriculum and communication competences, and their competences have positive effects on adult learners’ motivation.
