The presented XOR has simple structure which consists of 2 CMOS transistors and 4 memristors, and it reduces 4 CMOS transistors compared with the previous. In addition, the novel full adder consists of 7 CMOS transistors and 10 memristors. This novel full adder reduces 8 CMOS transistors and 2 memristors, which means the size of the circuit is smaller and power consumption is lower. In this paper, a real-time inland ship detection algorithm called MEADGS is proposed, which is based on dynamic group sparsity and background subtraction method. The background and foreground image are reconstructed directly based on enhanced adaptive dynamic group sparsity (EAdaDGS) algorithm. The background dictionary is updated in real time by the current background image when current frame is a key frame. Meanwhile, the efficiency of our proposed method is further improved by multi-resolution detection procedure. The ships are located in low resolution, and detected accurately in the specified area of high resolution. Local language spoken digits recognition is the next stage in this technological advancement. This paper presents a new approach for Pashto digits recognition using spectral and prosodic based feature extraction. Very little or almost no work has been done in Pashto spoken digit recognition. Thats why no standard Pashto digit corpus was available online. A database of 150 native speakers from 0 (sefor) to 9 (naha) including 75 males and 75 females is developed. Creation of corpus is one of the main contributions of this work. To the best of authors knowledge support vector machine (SVM) is used for the first time in Pashto digits classification and compared with K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier. Out of 150, 110 speakers feature set are used for training purposes and the remaining 40 speakers feature set are used for testing. The threat mathematic model based on VIKOR is established. And analyze the influence of the changes of the decision-making mechanism coefficient on the final sorting results under the conditions of equal weight and unequal weight. However, most the control methodologies depend on accurate system models which are derived from six degrees of freedom nonlinear system dynamics and they generally do not consider realistic outdoor perturbations and uncertainties. As a solution, model-free data-driven system identification and controlling of quadcopter have been refined in this paper. This nonlinear multiple input-multiple output system identification is proliferated using a fuzzy clustering model. The accuracy of the identification is seen to very high. The results of a PID controller used in conjunction with the identified fuzzy model is also presented. The system consists of a multi-server repair shop and inventory with ready-to-use spare parts. When a failed part is received, a new (or as-good-as-new) replacement part is sent back, and the failed part is forwarded to the repairshop. In the case of unavailability of spare parts, failed requests are backordered and fulfilled when a ready-for-use part of the same type is received from the repairshop. The repair shop has several multi-skilled parallel servers (technicians) that are capable of handling certain types of spares. What's more, the setting time for consensus is formulated by eigenvalues of Laplacian matrix, control gain and impulse interval. In the following sections a decision involve the use of LPR is described, and then its operation was illustrated on the example of an expertize concerning the choice of technology for making metal products. A knowledge base on the examined group of materials is presented and practical functioning of the system for the choice of a metal processing technology is disclosed. Typical scenarios of the system usage are presented, serving at the same time as a tool to verify its functionality. In particular, it is expected to create a module allowing automatic generation of rules to the knowledge base, and introduce machine learning to achieve optimal parameters of the inference process. WOA is a recently introduced meta-heuristic optimization algorithm that mimics the natural behavior of the humpback whales. The proposed model applies the wrapper-based method to reach the optimal subset of features. This technique was applied to find the best feature subset that maximizes the accuracy of the classification while preserving the minimum number of features. The proposed model is compared with the particle swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithm (GA) using a number of assessment indicators on 16 different data-sets from UCI data repository.
