The theoretical framework was based on the management of people and its turnover and also in the context of the segment, with bibliographic research, field research, analysis of documents and electronic information. The data acquisition technique was through closed questionnaire with questions organized into blocks applied to employees, with semi-structured interview with HR manager, data provided by Capixaba Supermarket Association – ACAPS and index data and average turnover in the segment by the Brazilian Association of Supermarkets - ABRAS. Para tanto, foram utilizadas 36 pecas de madeiras nativas, isentas de defeitos e com dimensoes 5 x 5 x 100 cm. Foram escolhidas especies com grande variacao de densidade, sendo 12 corpos de prova de Caixeta (Tabebuia cassinoides), 12 corpos de prova de Massaranduba (Manilkara spp) e os demais de Pequia (Caryocar villosum). Inicialmente, foram realizados ensaios de vibracao longitudinal e transversal, utilizando o software FFT Analyser para obter as frequencias naturais em cada direcao, a partir das transformadas de Fourier. Posteriormente, as pecas foram submetidas a flexao estatica a quatro pontos, respeitando as recomendacoes previstas pela ISO 13.910: 2013. A metodologia utilizada para as analises microbiologicas de coliformes totais, termotolerantes e Escherichia coli foi a tecnica de tubos multiplos. Para a deteccao de bacterias heterotroficas utilizou-se o metodo plate count agar. Os resultados obtidos em media para coliformes totais e termotolerantes estiveram acima de 1000 NMP/100 ml ultrapassando o limite permitido pelo CONAMA. Ja o resultado para Escherichia coli foi menor que 5 NMP/100 ml, nao excedendo o limite de 1000 NMP/100 ml. Spagnol","doi":"10.5008/1809.7367.137","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5008/1809.7367.137","url":null,"abstract":"Chemical dependency is a multifactorial problem that brings constant challenges to the professionals involved in its treatment, being necessary to seek effective intervention strategies. This article presents a case study of crack dependence. The objective of this paper was to describe the application of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the treatment of chemical dependency, the techniques used and the results obtained. The method consisted of the accomplishment of the diagnostic evaluation, the treatment plan and the intervention. The data analysis indicated the improvement of mood, cognitive restructuring, improvements on cope with relapse risk, problem solving, social skills and abstinence maintenance. This work has the purpose of creating an automatic and intelligent system that irrigates the crops in the right measure and the demand of the crop, favoring their development and consequently avoiding the waste of water. In order for the irrigation system to show responses consistent with the proposal of this work, the environment where the crops are grown must be controlled.
