The data acquisition technique was through closed questionnaire with questions organized into blocks applied to employees, with semi-structured interview with HR manager, data provided by Capixaba Supermarket Association – ACAPS and index data and average turnover in the segment by the Brazilian Association of Supermarkets - ABRAS.
