By choosing the right learning strategy, it is hoped that it will be able to provide understanding and interest in students so that learning motivation arises. This research to explain : 1) differences in PPKn subject outcomes for groups of students who were taught using inquiry and expository learning strategies, 2) differences in PPKn subject outcomes for groups of students who had high and low learning motivation, and 3). learning motivation in influencing PPKn subject outcomes. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Pulau Rakyat with a sample of class VII. The method used in this study is an experimental research method. The research design uses a 2x2 factorial design. There were two classes in this study, namely the experimental class with students in class VII-1 and the control class with students in class VII-4. The data collected are PPKn subject outcomes data and class VII students' learning motivation data. Candi Jago is the only place where you can find Angling Darma relief. The Angling Darma relief on Jago Temple is a testament to the glory of the civilization of the Hindu-Buddhist dynasty in Indonesia. However, not many Indonesians know the meaning of the Angling Darma relief at Candi Jago. No one has yet discussed the cultural aspect in relation to the angling darma relief motif on Jago temple in a hermeneutic review. The problems are: 1) What is the shape of the relief of Angling Darma at Candi Jago?.; 2) Is there a correlation between the Angling Darma reliefs at Candi Jago and culture? 3) What is the relationship between Angling Darma reliefs and culture from a hermeneutic perspective? This study uses a qualitative method with a hermeneutic paradigm. All primary data was successfully collected based on observations of the reliefs at Candi Jago. All secondary data were searched through a literature study of Candi Jago. The totality of the data was analyzed qualitatively in a hermeneutical review. Since time immemorial, there has been nothing new in the creativity of Balinese shadow puppet shows. However, it turns out that there is novelty and discovery in the development of Balinese shadow puppet shows. The problems are: 1) Why does the puppeteer innovate in the Balinese shadow puppet show?; 2) What is the form of discovery in the Balinese shadow puppet show?; 3) Is there an impact of discovery in the Balinese shadow puppet show? This problem has been investigated using qualitative methods. Discovery elements related to creativity in Balinese shadow puppet performances have been observed, and a literature study has been carried out based on publications about Balinese shadow puppets. All data were analyzed qualitatively using practical theory and aesthetic theory from a cultural studies perspective. The goal of this article is to reveal the principle of rwa bhineda in I Dewa Nyoman Batuan's mandala paintings. The mandala paintings by I Nyoman Batuan are very distinctive and have inspired many other artists' paintings. However, there has been no study that discusses the principle of rwa bhineda, which makes mandala paintings by I Dewa Nyoman Batuan look distinctive. This article discusses the principle of rwa bhineda in a painting by I Dewa Nyoman Batuan and the meaning of rwa bhineda in a mandala painting by I Dewa Nyoman Batuan. This study uses a qualitative method. The data sources for this study were mandala paintings by I Dewa Nyoman Batuan himself, mandala painters, cultural observers, and people observing mandala paintings selected based on purposive sampling and snowball techniques. All data obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies were analyzed qualitatively and interpretatively using aesthetic theory and deconstruction theory. The results of the research show that the principle of rwa bhineda in the mandala painting by I Dewa Nyoman Batuan is made in the form of a circle, which is beautified by the duality motif. Women are considered as care givers whose duty includes socialisation; domestication and procreation of offspring for societal continuity. In Nigeria, once women are convicted or apprehended by law, they faces lot of challenges ranging from stigmatization, poor health treatment, isolation, psychological trauma, unequal treatment among others Relevance publications to include local and international journals, magazines, newspaper, textbooks and articles were reviewed and double deviance feminist theory was adopted for justification of the inquiry. A mixed method was adopted with cross sectional survey method. Total population for the study in the three selected correctional facilities in Lagos and Ogun states was estimated to 348 inmates but 250 was found useful for the quantitative analysis while 15 female inmates were selected for the qualitative analysis. The result indicated that there are many factors that increase female involvement in criminal acts ranging from greed, poverty, unemployment. The second result shows that the treatment available for female inmates has insignificant negative effect on their wellbeing while the last indicated that training have significant relationship with female wellbeing in the facilities. In this case, the government provides health facilities and efforts for children who have experienced violence in order to relieve the trauma experienced. This can be too contained in Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection which has stipulated criminal sanctions, within the form of detainment or with. Which is for the good thing about the child.
