In modern conditions of organisation and management, the potential for economic growth is contained in the latest digital technologies, which contributes to increasing the accuracy and reliability of management decisions in any branch of the national economy. The economy of the agricultural sector is associated with a variety of technologies in agricultural production and a variety of production processes. The primary agricultural production resources (land, climate, etc.) are limited. Any increase in agricultural production of farm producers opens up soil quality problems, pollution of water bodies, increase in harmful emissions into the atmosphere, etc. Digital technologies in the agroindustrial complex through processing the received information allow users to optimise production and management processes. The use of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex reduces the negative human impact on natural factors of production, thereby increasing the efficiency of management of this industry. Innovative production technologies provide a similar effect. Digitalisation and digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex are not the purposes of the activities of economic entities but act as part of the mechanism for optimising the potential of agricultural organisations. The methodological basis for this study was the scientific works of economists in the field of digitalisation of the economy in general and the agro-industrial complex in particular. Analytical, logical, monographic scientific methods were used to prepare this paper. The study results concluded that it is impossible to achieve high results in current economic conditions without introducing digital technologies in agricultural","PeriodicalId":257865,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Problems of Social and Labour Relations\" (ISPC-CPSLR 2021)","volume":"295 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133133900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article defines the concept of career guidance work and summarises the experience of its implementation at the Faculty of History and Philology of the Arzamas branch of the NNSU. The authors describe the system of career guidance work developed and tested by them at the university, consider the most optimal forms and methods of its implementation, identify the types of career guidance activities following their goals, objectives and content. The proposed model makes it possible to attract students to the university, improve the quality of pre-university training, and form a stable motivation for professional activity among future students. The article concludes with the effectiveness of this model, which is determined by its systematic, complex nature, a variety of methods, the introduction of new forms and the use of modern digital technologies.","PeriodicalId":257865,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Problems of Social and Labour Relations\" (ISPC-CPSLR 2021)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114432332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors have analysed subjective and objective prerequisites for the growth of cooperative associations of small rural producers. The article argues that objective factors determining the genesis of agricultural cooperation, namely, the presence of ownership of small rural producers, which allows them to maintain the status of independent owners, but not sufficient from the point of view of efficiency in a market economy, and integration into the market remain relevant in modern cooperative practice. The problems of domestic cooperative legislation are revealed. The statistical data presented in the article allowed us to show that the reason for the current stagnation of the Russian agricultural cooperative sector is rooted precisely in the low marketability of small farms. Based on correlation analysis, the main subjects of cooperation of the agricultural complex of Russia – industrialised farms are shown.","PeriodicalId":257865,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Problems of Social and Labour Relations\" (ISPC-CPSLR 2021)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114917287","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such a level implies both educational background and the development of personal qualities necessary for the performance of professional activities and the adaptation to the changing conditions of the modern market economy. The paper deals with professional competence as a main measurable indicator of the educational goal at universities. The authors pursued the answers if 1) the level of professional competence and the development of student's personality are interrelated, 2) it is possible to measure personal characteristics, and 3) it is possible to improve the efficiency of the educational process by means, for instance, of situational tasks on the foreign (English) language classes, applying the interdisciplinary approach. The authors describe the techniques that allow overseeing the process of building professional competence alongside developing a student's personality, both qualitatively and quantitatively. That was supposed to test empirically due to the experiment involving the first-year lawyer-students of Ulyanovsk State University. The experiment was conducted in foreign language (English) classes, during which the students of the experimental group were offered situational tasks and exercises, cases and other elements of the situational approach. The authors define the interrelation between the notions \"competence\", \"experience\", including from the standpoint of the future employer. The article presents the alternative to professional competence (personal potential) as a teaching goal. As a result, the authors conclude that the personal component is of great importance, as it is connected with the motivational sphere of a future specialist. The research showed the efficiency of the interdisciplinary approach (including the personally professional component), thanks to which building students' professional competence takes place more effectively.","PeriodicalId":257865,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Problems of Social and Labour Relations\" (ISPC-CPSLR 2021)","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126186954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author notes that identification is a social action, the purpose of which is to establish the identity between a person and individual qualities of objects of the social environment. The purpose of identification is the individual's adaptation to the social environment by adopting social norms, rules, principles, cultural patterns as their own and socially necessary. The identification process of a person existing within social systems as their subsystem must be considered in terms of social dynamics. Identification is required for a person to adapt to society successfully and for the system itself to reproduce its functioning norms, rules, and principles. In the context of digital transformation and expansion of the social communication system, we can talk about changes in identification processes and, accordingly, in its results. In particular, global integration processes, made possible by the introduction of technical and technological innovations, provide excellent opportunities for intervention in the identification processes to transform the identification bases of the individual. As a result, identification dominants associated with national history, culture, values, gender identity, and other characteristics positioned as authentic are often replaced, however, directly actualised by so-called identification trends promoted through modern mass media, especially on the Internet.","PeriodicalId":257865,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Problems of Social and Labour Relations\" (ISPC-CPSLR 2021)","volume":"225 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127207460","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The creation of norms and rules that ensure its legalisation allows employees to use all the advantages of official employment, including small businesses, and to the state allows for the replenishment of the budget's revenue side. This is why an experiment is being conducted the introduction of a special tax regime, \"Professional Income Tax\" (PIT), minimises the self-employed's tax expenses and allows them to receive additional support from the state in case of their official registration. The analysis of the dynamics of the number of registered selfemployed applying the PIT and the receipts of payments for this tax over three years allows us to conclude about the positive results of the experiment.
