Since most of the models consider these criteria separately and do not consider different requirements of flows to quality of service, the proposed model allows to close this gap by allowing to achieve compromise in optimal quality of service and overall network channel utilization. One of the probable solution to this problem is optical transmission systems usage based on Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technology. However, due to increasing number of optical channels and channel rates in the system, a number of limitations occurs caused by harmonic distortion. Primarily, these constraints affect the allowable power of the optical signal in fiber. The work is devoted to the method of power calculation, which is redistributed between the optical channels of DWDM systems due to the impact of the stimulated Raman scattering effect (SRS). In case of energy redistribution channels degradation with higher frequencies take place, thereby the number of bit error rate (BER) increase. It is shown that SRS could affect system performance in case of inefficient frequency diversity and high input signal power. Therefore, the Raman scattering effect calculation is required in high load multi-channel DWDM systems deployment. The proposed calculation method allows to determine: SRS appearance threshold power, the amount of the main signal power loss for each channel, the remaining total energy in the target channel, the amount of energy that passes from the short wavelengths channels to longer wavelengths channels. It was also proved that using proposed approach and algorithm promotes us to determine structural-topological changes operatively in dynamics. It allows improving workload balancing in the servicing nodes, avoiding the proximity of workflows and components of complex services to structural irregularities. The whole spatial workflow distribution on the servicing network is optimized and smoothed in accordance with operatively determined workload and structural features. Cloud system service node's availability is improved. Using of a shunt LC filter in the load network instead of a series LC tank used in conventional Class-E power amplifier allows the maximum operating frequency and second-harmonic suppression level to be increased compared to conventional Class-E power amplifier. Special attention is paid to solving cloud resource management problems. Due to the intensive changes of virtual machine (VM) workloads and different conditions of resource utilization the VM placement and migration problems should be solved and optimized continuously in an online manner. To address such problems the authors present an approach to continuous new VM allocation and VM migration. The authors also evaluate a particular policy of the VM allocation in a data center using an adaptive genetic algorithm. The equivalent scheme of quadripole with mechanical resistance load composed of filter and a piezoelectric transducer is designed. The expressions for the input filter impedance and oscillation amplitude of piezoelectric transducer on the input voltage amplitude are obtained by the analysis of the T-shaped equivalent circuit. Relations for matching filter inductance for piezoelectric transducer working at the serial and parallel resonance frequencies are calculated analyzing the expression for the input impedance. Inappropriate use of L-type filter for piezoelectric transducer working at the serial resonance frequency is shown theoretically. The possibility of piezoelectric transducer operating mode with independent of the mechanical load amplitude of mechanical vibrations is given.
