{"title":"Influence of a glass properties and structural-phase transformations on electrophysical parameters of semiconductor systems “glass — Pb2Ru2O6, Ru2”","authors":"Lepikh Yaroslav Illich, Lavrenova Tatyana Ivanovna","doi":"10.1109/UKRMICO.2016.7739616","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/UKRMICO.2016.7739616","url":null,"abstract":"Combined influence of glass properties, ratio of its component initial concentrations and processes of structural-phase interaction of a glass matrix with a current-carrying phase on electrophysical parameters of “glass - RuO<sub>2</sub>, Pb<sub>2</sub>Ru<sub>2</sub>O<sub>6</sub>” systems has been investigated at its annealing. It was established, that the big contents of boron oxide and high acidity of glasses - is a principal cause of chemical lead ruthenate decomposition and formation of ruthenium dioxide at heterophase system annealing. The destruction of lead ruthenate begins at concentration of acid B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> ~ 10....20%. Surface resistivity of a film decreases, as RuO<sub>2</sub> is characterized by higher conductivity. With increase of B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> dioxide concentration in glass the increase of conductivity begins at smaller Pb<sub>2</sub>Ru<sub>2</sub>O<sub>6</sub> concentration. Changing of ratio Pb/SiO<sub>2</sub> in structure of two-componental glasses results in changing of basicity, and also for reduction of the linear expansion temperature coefficient. Such changing of properties naturally influences and on resistor physical properties formation. With increase of PbO the acidity grows, what indicate that concentration of Ru<sub>2</sub> grows, resistance sink. Reduction of ps at increase of PbO concentration proceeds under the parabolic law with extreme value at 80 % of PbO. The further increase of ps is connected with the fact that concentration of PbO is increased due to Pb<sub>2</sub>Ru<sub>2</sub>O<sub>6</sub> decomposition. Introduction in the glass structure of bivalent metal oxides raises ps. Particularly the big influence have PbO, BaO, CaO. For their usage in modern electronic equipment, not just their power parameters but the noise characteristics are of interest. This paper describes a High Frequency oscillator design with Low Pass Filter (LPF) included into the feedback network. The LPF acts as a delay line, increasing the phase shift in the feedback network by the integer multiple of 360 degree. As a result, quality factor of the feedback network and frequency stability of the Class E oscillator increase. The phase shift in the proposed feedback network was studied theoretically and experimentally. The oscillator built on 2N7000 transistor showed output power of 0.54 W with efficiency 82% at 4.5 MHz frequency. Comparing of compression ratios carried out for several classes of families of wavelet transform. In this work it was evaluated the range of required compression ratios. The highest compression ratio provides symmetrical biorthogonal wavelets, but they have a large variance. The peak signal to noise ratio selected as an objective criterion of the quality of the restored after the forward and reverse spectral image conversion. For a given compression ratio against the greatest signal to noise ratio provide biorthogonal wavelets, but this coefficient varies according to the structure from the image. The use of virtual network devices in the existing network infrastructure will help effectively allocate the available network hardware resources under a huge load arriving in the network with a variety of types of flows. To achieve the expected benefits of NFV, physical resources must be used effectively. This requires effective algorithms to determine onto which physical resources network functions are allocated and how the service is processed. Analysis of all known publications devoted to virtualization of network functions of mobile network has shown the modeling approach to resource allocation and also has shown the absence of decisions on important issues of this process (performance of functional blocks, heterogeneous environment). The goal was to create a new type of antennas for drones - hybrid 3D fractal antennas of a pyramid form with the use of metamaterials. Similar structures have not yet been explored by other authors.
