The initial Maxwell equations are converted to set of evolutionary equations on time and longitudinal coordinate. The plane disk radiation problem is set for inhomogeneous evolutionary equations. The analytical solution is obtained by Riemann function method in time domain. it is proposed to account a weak nonlinearity of a medium by method of successive approximations.","PeriodicalId":257266,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference Radio Electronics & Info Communications (UkrMiCo)","volume":"492 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123036658","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From the other side, high precision measurement of ohmic contact resistivity is a main demand for a quality and reliability control. However, InN has high density of structural defects, due to growing on the GaN-Al2O3 surface. The Transmission Line Method (TLM) was used for measurement of ohmic contact resistivity. Basic statistical analysis of ohmic contact resistivity distribution was made before and after rapid thermal annealing. Optimal annealing conditions of Au-Ti-Pd-InN contacts are defined as 370° C during 2 min. Annealing lead to essential reduction of the ohmic contact resistivity from 1.3-1.6 · 10-4 Ohm-cm2 to 2.4 · 10-5 Ohm-cm2.","PeriodicalId":257266,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference Radio Electronics & Info Communications (UkrMiCo)","volume":"146 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125869963","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
