摘要

本文介绍了一种带并联滤波器的高频e类功率放大器的实验研究。在负载网络中使用并联LC滤波器代替传统e类功率放大器中使用的串联LC槽,与传统e类功率放大器相比,可以提高最大工作频率和二次谐波抑制水平。在带并联滤波器的e类功率放大器仿真中,考虑了负载网络中的寄生电阻元件,并对各寄生电阻元件的贡献进行了仿真计算。
