This is because of the increase in number of vehicles on road and improper functioning of traffic guidelines. Now, because the increase in the traffic congestion. Accidents on the road results in massive traffic congestions and unbalanced traffic flow on the roads thus leading to more problems. To solve this issue, we have presented an idea in form of solution in this paper. The solution uses technological development of Device to Device (D2D) communication. It solves two major problems which are low bandwidth and unbalanced traffic flow. Therefore, this paper presents an algorithm, which uses LTE and Lora WAN for solving the problem. The algorithm uses intelligent switching between communication technologies for sending packets to increase the speed of communication with having low bandwidth in hand.","PeriodicalId":256742,"journal":{"name":"2018 Global Wireless Summit (GWS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130117347","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Furthermore, the emulated spatial correlation functions (SCFs) for the two methods are deduced according to the respective channel transfer functions. The expressions derived in this paper are applicable for any spherical power spectrum. The target channel model utilized in this paper is 3D geometry-based stochastic channel models. The accuracies of the 3D emulated channel models with PWS and PFS in terms of the root mean square (rms) of the SCF error under different 3D channel settings are investigated. Some new conclusions about the two methods are obtained. Simulation results demonstrate that PWS proceeds PFS for most channel settings in 3D MPAC setups. Especially when the mean zenith angle of arrival of the cluster is not from the horizontal plane, PWS provides more accurate results. In addition, the relationship between the emulation accuracy and the zenith angle spread of arrival of the cluster is different from that between the emulation accuracy and the azimuth angle spread of arrival of the cluster.","PeriodicalId":256742,"journal":{"name":"2018 Global Wireless Summit (GWS)","volume":"252 12","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114014670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A senior has more experiences, self-understanding, precise achievement, and advantage in daily life. However, age increasing hurts learning performance. Besides the age factor, other factors can be considered such as gender, education level, internet usage time, health problems, vision problems, hearing loss, memory loss, and congenital disease. Therefore, this study proposes the machine learning-based method for classifying senior learners. In this case, the decision tree model is used. This study is conducted with 60 seniors aged 60–83 years old from the Senior School in Chiang Rai. For this study, four groups of senior learners are determined including Professional, Medium, Less Knowledge, and No Experience learner. The method with scores of performance relied on the learning ability of a person and the method with personal profile factors are studied and compared. The classification results show that the score based and the factor based method provide 95.00% and 91.67% accuracy respectively. Additionally, the results of the factor based method show that the significant factors contributing to learner classification are the amount of the internet using time, memory problems, the number of programs uses, and age respectively.","PeriodicalId":256742,"journal":{"name":"2018 Global Wireless Summit (GWS)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124974629","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

EA serves the integration between business, technology, and management focusing on policy alignment. This study presents an e-Health framework based on the EA concept and the digital disruption. The framework assumption is the connected health system. The framework has been designed through comprehensive literature review as well as qualitative evaluation consisting of eight major layers. The strategy layer includes the governance and health policy. The business layer covers on e-service and health data with citizen participation. The technology and infrastructure offer the supporting platform to link the application and service. The last component is the regulation including health index and e-healthcare standard to enable the data communication within the system. The framework demonstrates the integrated enterprise architecture would contribute to promote interoperability and transparency through the layers of data and e-service. Moreover, the point of care is identified as the system key driver to create the people centric health system. The qualitative evaluation confirms the completeness and agreement of the framework. It would generate benefits on health management and public participation in term of good governance and service improvement.","PeriodicalId":256742,"journal":{"name":"2018 Global Wireless Summit (GWS)","volume":"80 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126220127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Adapting to this change, the Information-Centric Networking is combined with the power communication network. We studied several cache strategies in Information-Centric Networking and then proposed an improved cache scheme based on betweenness and hops. Finally, the improved cache strategy is compared with three other strategies. The simulation results showed that the repetition rate of content traffic is effectively reduced and the performance of power network can be optimized using the improved strategy.","PeriodicalId":256742,"journal":{"name":"2018 Global Wireless Summit (GWS)","volume":"176 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116337607","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there are more factors of the indoor environment caused to reduce the precise localization and also increase the error of distance. The presents a new weighted to evaluate the UWB technology for the indoor localization. The proposed methods are using received signal strength indicator (RSSI) to compute the error of distance based on weighting algorithms. Online learning should be able to recommend appropriate learning objects (LOs) to an individual in real-time. Most of the existing approaches of online learning recommendation systems are based on collaborative filtering methods. Such methods have a limitation on realtime adaption and require the prior knowledge of students and LOs. Therefore, this study proposes a real-time recommendation method which is suitable for flexible and complex environments. The proposed method is based on Reinforcement Learning problem. The method is able to explore the environment to get information and exploit the information to make a decision. We evaluate the proposed method with the real world data. We vary e-greedy, the learning rate, and the discount rate for a tradeoff between the exploration and exploitation.","PeriodicalId":256742,"journal":{"name":"2018 Global Wireless Summit (GWS)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131490106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
