Abstract

In past two decades there has been a significant increase in the number of accidents in India. This is because of the increase in number of vehicles on road and improper functioning of traffic guidelines. Now, because the increase in the traffic congestion. Accidents on the road results in massive traffic congestions and unbalanced traffic flow on the roads thus leading to more problems. To solve this issue, we have presented an idea in form of solution in this paper. The solution uses technological development of Device to Device (D2D) communication.
