This paper introduces a built network for data CAN transmission after the data acquisition (DAQ) from the required temperature sensors mounted on a car engine and a train bogie in two respective tests. Lab VIEW is the only applied software throughout this network design based upon the industrial widely use. Five different group of different number of MNF components are evaluated using validation points and validation map. Further evaluation including classification error distribution and separation-class accuracies comparison are performed. The experimental result using AVIRIS hyper spectral data shows that keep about 1/10 MNF components could achieve best accuracies. In this paper, we propose a new hybrid segmentation approach based on rival penalized controlled competitive learning (RPCCL) and region merging scheme. In the first, we performed median filtering on input image, and then selected initial color centers by using color quantization technique. During the RPCCL clustering, we merged some close centers to reduce classes. In the end, small regions were merged to produce the final segmentation results. In this paper, first the existing state simulation models of water network are briefly introduced, and on this basis a new nonlinear dynamic method with better fault tolerance is put forward. Then, a specific model is constructed, namely GA is first used to optimize the BP network's initial weights, and then BP network is available for completing the final training algorithm. Finally, taking the water network of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone as an example, the unknown pressure values of other nodes are estimated by the known information on the various monitoring points from SCADA system.
