Risk management is needed in the manufacturing course and has become the indispensable part of the national lash-up system. Based on the analysis of risk management situation of construction firms, the connotations of risk management are analyzed in this paper, then the necessity and approaches are also expounded. Appropriate patterns of risk management in building industry are erected based on description and analysis of the risk and the effective methods of risk management are presented. A good feature set would enable the synthesis system to generate natural prosody. In this paper, in order to synthesize interrogative intonation, we analyzed the acoustic features of the interrogative intonation and the context features that are related to the interrogative intonation in Chinese. We then expanded the feature set used conventional HMM-based speech synthesis system with interrogative intonation related features. A new speech synthesis system is trained with the proposed feature set. The analysis of train and synthesis results show that the proposed feature set is able to discriminate declarative and interrogative intonations. The result shows that :1) The food production efficiency in Hebei Province grows rapidly during this period, and the production efficiency of different kinds of food shows a higher relation, and the technical efficiency has a large influence on the total factor efficiency, with a correlation coefficient 0.50, (2) Spatial distribution of food production efficiency within the province area is evident, and total factor efficiency in latitudinal direction presents an inverse U type distribution trend, meanwhile technical efficiency shows the first order distribution trends. (3) In the 138 counties, the food production efficiency significantly differs, among which predominance areas of total factor efficiency mainly include Shijiazhuang, Hengshui and other mid-eastern regions, while the non-dominant northern zone are mainly located in the north. Thus CBR became an appropriate way to find out the most suitable solution method for a new problem based on the old methods for the same or even similar problems. The research highlights how to use CBR to aid biologists in finding the best method to cryo preserve algae. The study found CBR could be used successfully to find the similarity percentage between the new algae and old cases in the case base. First of all, the trajectory models of line segment, circle segment and NURBS segment are discussed. Next, the acceleration, velocity and displacement equations of S-curve profile are described with piecewise integrations. For the length of trajectories is predetermined by the cutter location files, the minimum-time motion planning has changed to find feasible and highest velocities limited by the trajectory curvature of each element, connections between trajectories and properties of machine tools. Thirdly, a time model software Time Model App is developed to encapsulate the complex motion planning process and predict the machining time.
